Check in was great, breakfast was not good, most everything was out and the guests had to continually ask for things to be replenished at breakfast.

I was in town for kids sports for the weekend. Noticed that the shower was broke the morning after our first night. Inconvenient but I understand things happen, so I went to report it to the desk figuring it could at least be repaired while we were out for the day. After disrupting the girl scrolling on her phone at the front desk, I was told it would be taken care of. I realized it was going to be a smoke and mirror show when I had to ask “Don’t you need my room number?” And she never wrote anything down. Needless to say, shower was never fixed.

Pool chlorine smell is very strong, lots of dogs, one room had 4 dogs in it. In the morning, heard dogs barking on floor below. Probably would not stay again.

Checkin was quick and easy. Facility was well-kept and conviently located. Room was very good, except for a bed that was a little too hard for my comfort.

The breakfast was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and fresh. Great field at the back to walk your dog as well. The pool was also clean well kept.

We had family reunion trip and we needed place to stay. Kelly Inn has great combination of nice reviews and affordable price so we picked this hotel and didn't regret it. Nothing fancy but comfortable with friendly staff. Unfortunately we didn't use pool but it was always full of kids and their parents. Recommend this place to stay.

We love Kelly Inn and glad to be back! It’s been several years since we stayed but folks this is the place to stay. Warm pool/waterslide. And love the lower level outside entrance to have vehicle access outside the room.

Disappointing that the only rooms with carpet are on the third floor. Seems like the hotel caters to those with pets but doesn’t really care about guests without pets.

Check in was concerning seeing the sign stating that all pets stay for free.
Housekeeping tried hard to clean the room, I'm certain; however; my socks still picked up a bunch of animal hair in the room and my husband's allergies flared.
Sheets were stiff and scratchy.
Parking area was concerning. We brought in everything we had in the back of the truck and kept it on a luggage cart in the room.
Breakfast was lack luster. Hard tack for buscuits and awful coffee.

You're traveling with animals or kids (great slide in the indoor pool) this might be the place for you.
If not, I'd choose elsewhere.

The hotel was nearly empty, but I still was put in the highest floor and the furthest room.

The front desk folks were super friendly. The room was pretty clean, not the corners of the floor though. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Other than those little things, it was comfortable.

Our room was not ready at 3 when we arrived. We were told they were running behind and it was going to be another 45 minutes.

Had windows that opened, floors that were hardwood/composite and was pet friendly! Bed was so good I wanted to smuggle it out and take home w me for me and the wifey!

I made my reservation then was notified that if I wanted to stay on the first floor it was $25.00 extra. Well when we checked out that turned into $29.00. We won't be back. Not worth $165.07 for that much I want carpet. Plus it was noisy

Affordable, clean hotel. The hotel appears to be under renovation. Our room and hallways had brand new carpet and the bedroom was clean with new furniture. The pool area has new floor and a bit of construction still happening on the walls and workout area, which was closed when we stayed. Great grass and tree area to take our dog for some outside time. Will stay again in the future

Great stay clean rooms and great pool area. The only complaint that I have is they they asked us to get wrist bands for the pool to make sure we were staying there, when we went to use the pool area no one had wrist bands on! It more on people for not following rules and the big sign on the pool door. None the less though staff should probably check on this every so often.

The towels and beds were great. LOVE the shades used to cover windows!! The toilet was dirty when we arrived. The room had an unclean smell.

We were just passing through for the night, the double king room was great and roomy for the family and loved that they didn't charge for pets. Room was clean but it was a little messy in the corridors, I think this was mostly from kids running around the hallway dropping snacks though. Proximity to restaurants etc was also nice. The breakfast they provided was good - had hot and cold options.
