Baymont by Wyndham Billings

1st floor room, great check in staff.exceptionally clean room and breakfast area..

No Kleenex in room

Staff was very helpful. Bed was fine, the pool was a nice surprise. Hot tub too. Breakfast was better than expected, thought the eggs werent great. But there was fruit, yogurt, eggs, sausage.

Could use a good scrubbing, walls and trim, but really should rate better than a 6. It was a fine place and a good value.

The breakfast was more than the usual cereal, waffles, and fruit. It included eggs and sausage, which were not quite as warm as they might have been. The bathroom lighting was cool, but took us awhile to figure out. The on switch for the light is on the flat surface of the mirror, like a touch screen. We recommended adding a little sign explaining that to those like us who have never seen this before. The staff were very congenial and helpful. And the coffee was the best we have ever had at a motel. We normally brew our own in the room, but this is the first time we have not done that. The room included a small fridge, box of tissues, and well-placed outlets for charging phones and computers.

The staff were great was the only positive thing!

Our tub leaked. The knob never shut off so you'd have to find a middle place to just let it trickle or it wouldn't shut off at all. Pillows were ridiculously small. Hot tub wasnt even hot. Pool was nice. Breakfast had hard sausage so it was either over cooked or days old. The smell in the hallway and bedrooms were awful! Microwave didnt work. TV cord had a short in it so went off alot.
