The price and the staff.
The tv set up. Very hard to navigate. It's a process to get to your cable channels.

The breakfast room was out of bagels, the lady at the front desk found some so I could have the breakfast I wanted. I had my dog with me. The staff made sure I had a room near the exit and on the ground floor,so she could get outside.
