Nice, clean room. The separate bedroom from the living room worked great for our family of 5. Customer service was great, parking easy. Restaurant in the same parking lot was convenient.

The pool was beautiful and clean- the breakfast was family friendly and the dining room had plenty of high chairs- the rooms were clean and spacious- we would absolutely stay again!

Was met with grumpy guy at front desk, room was cold and hard to warm up, bathroom area smelled like sewer gas, dirty dishes in cabinets . Bed was bumpy and hard.

Easy to find, having Margaritas restaurant right next door was super helpful, breakfast was outstanding! Staff made us feel right at home!! Pool and hot tub and fitness room were top notch. Room could have used some updating but it was clean! Kitchen didn’t have a ton of plates/cups, but I have no doubt that if I asked for more I would have been accommodated!

They did not have the room I booked so I ended up sleeping on the floor because there wasn’t enough room for the party I booked. They did offer a room across the hall but I was alone with 6 children and could t leave then unsupervised. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. In the morning they shut breakfast down before the designated end time and didn’t even have regular coffee brewed. They were actively putting food away before breakfast ended as people were trying to get food. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location & parking was easy.
Check in was short & smooth. Room was EXCELLENT. Super clean & comfortable. Good water pressure. Pool was refreshing - Hot Tub was clean, full & hot with great jet pressure. Breakfast was your standard continental - but the fruit was fresh, pastries were soft. Staff was friendly every time. I would recommend anytime.

Booked a 1 bedroom suite and upon check in received a king suite. All 1 bedrooms were sold out so had to deal with expectations not met until day 2 in which they fixed mistake. Breakfast used styrofoam plates etc which is not eco friendly.

Perfect hotel for a family stay. Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms are getting a little tired abd could use a refresher - bathrub grout, room carpeting, sofa - but clean and spacious for a great multi-night stay with children. Pool was warm and inviting in the evening and on rainy days. Breakfast was well stocked. Thank you for a great stay!

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! Traveling with teenagers and my husband for reference. The staff was AMAZING! Truly made us feel like family! The room was very spacious and comfy. Loved having a separate bedroom, the kitchen and living room. A great experience. Lots of shopping and dining nearby! An easy trip to Maine as well.

Our biggest concern was the amount of single use plastic & styrofoam thrown in the garbage every morning at breakfast. This is unacceptable in 2023.

the Hotel and staff were wonderful and friendly..but.the handicap driving spots have no access to the hotel except by going in the street and up and very uneven entry. I use a walker and had a very difficult time navigating around the property

Homewood Suites was such a comfortable and welcoming stay. We loved Jolene at the front desk (So very helpful, warm and personable!). Shuttle to-fro the Downeaster Train was so easy and helpful. We were so grateful for the pool, the environment, and, of course, Margaritas restaurant right in the parking lot. Thank you, Jolene!

The only complain it’s the dog barking, that’s why I usually don’t book hotels which accept dogs. The owner are not responsible and we the guests have to endure the barking all nigh

I stayed for one night at the Homewood Suites in Dover. I was disappointed that they claim and put the clean sticker on without actually checking. I think if you are going to deliberately claim you are following a standard, don't just stick stickers left and right as a certified clean when it's not. I took pictures and videos of the dishwasher dishes..not clean. The shower head is not tight and kept going off like droplets in the middle of the night and morning, it was spooky and could hear it even when I shut the bathroom door. We didn't even use it for it to do that and tried to tighten it.. nope! It would even do gushes of water.. weird!! Kind of losing hope in Hilton, I always love their hotels but this is my second strike in two months!

Nice hotel. Great pool and hot tub. The breakfast was also good. A few hot items (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.), plus cereal, bagels, and so on. The staff were friendly and helpful.
