Breakfast was great. Plenty of coffee and sitting space, inside and out.
the AC in my room was dripping onto the carpet under the window. Not a big deal and I'm sure it was handled after I told them. (as I was leaving)

The room was spacious and clean.
The breakfast offered daily variety.
The patio should be closed off by 10:00 PM. There were very loud people on the patio well after midnight.
I messaged the facility about Hilton rewards that I was not given and they did not reply. Hilton headquarters referred me back to the facility when I inquired with them.
