Bar and restaurant are subpar. Everything else excellent, especially front desk!

Great experience!

The lobby was incredibly hot and humid, no air conditioning was on and all the doors were propped open for “ air flow” . This made eating extremely uncomfortable considering my the amount of flies landing on you and your food. Bottles of water in the room were $3 EACH !! For a Hilton property I was incredibly disappointed. Will not return !

Decent overall. Staff was friendly. We were surprised to see staff in our rooms stripping the beds before we checked out (and before check out time) with our personal items still in our rooms. Doubt we would stay here again with so many other options in the area.

The staff did not follow up on requests to fix things (i.e, remote) in the room.

The lobby had a horrible smell. Also near the elevstor. I was told there was a continental breakfast and when Iwent down i was told in a nasty way there wasnt one. The receptionist was rude and a little unprofessional

Don't do it. The ratings and pictures make this place sound good, but it is a hot mess. We had a room block for our baseball team and whenever families would call to reserve a room the hotel staff could not find our block. Then the hotel cancelled the rooms in error the day before we were all scheduled to check in. The wrong family was sent the cancellation emails. Everybody had to call back to have their rooms re-booked before they were sold out. Customer service is non-existant. If you have any issues, big or small, they are not going to help. Beds are super creeky and loud, our air conditioner rattled on and off all night. A family on our floor got locked IN their room (locking mechanism malfunctioned) and it took the hotel over 30 minutes to get them out. All they had to do was get permission to let them out through the adjoining room and it took the hotel 30 minutes to figure this out. The pool was really tiny, and both treadmills were broken in the fittness room. The only positive was cleanliness and location, but you should get more than bare minimum expectations from a Hilton.

It was ok not the greatest. The hotel was hot and humid throughout the entire public spaces. The breakfast buffet was extremely limited for the $12 charge. No luggage carts around and when I asked the rude lady at the front desk for one, she told me they must be up on the floor with no resolution

Check in person was wonderful. The room looked like it could use a little refresh but overall was fine.

The price for the buffet breakfast was ridiculously high and definitely not worth it. It was comparable to the free breakfasts offered at other hotels, such as Marriott. In addition, it is disappointing to be required to ask for a room cleaning. Although I did, I didn't get it

Great location off highway and close to Ripken. A lot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance including the Green Turtle

Cost of breakfast and to go food extremely high

We were met by Thomas who was super friendly and gracious. He upgraded our room at no charge and made sure it was to our liking. When I found out I left my bag out of town he suggested many local stores to shop and even knew where the sales were. All interactions with the remaining staff were polite, professional and patient even when dealing with a hostile guest. I will stay at this location every time we are in town. The room was clean, neat, smelled wonderful and met our family needs. The location was great as it was close to the interstate and had all of our favorite restaurants near by.

Fireplace in lobby was nice and welcoming. Thought breakfast was included but was not.

We got in late after traveling all day and bar was closing but bartender still served us a couple of ice cold beers and stayed open for a little while for us!

Your website gave the hours of restaurant open until 10:00 AM weekdays, we went down at 8;55 and they were closing and said 9 was closing time, although they first said it was too late a young lady overheard us and came out and offered to have cook fix us some breakfast, e we decided not to wait so we had to go into town and find some breakfast. Somewhat disturbing but your employees handled it well.

Check in by Cheryl was sour. Room had black mold on ceiling. Asked for new room. Less mold on ceiling but heating unit was LOUD on thermostat. Turned it off and bundled up. Horrible allergies all next day.

Everything was very nice. The breakfast is not included. The breakfast options were a bit confusing and over-priced.

Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Was a perfect choice for a late-night arrival and early departure. Only thing to ding was the refrigerator wasn’t plugged in, which we did not realize when we put stuff in well after midnight. In the morning, food/milk was warm so had to be thrown away. Not sure it’s usually unplugged or we were supposed to plug it in or not. Next time we check!

The management staff were outstanding - very accommodating, friendly, and pleasant. Would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling in the Aberdeen area.

The place is excellent. I went to the restaurant and ordered something to eat and decided to bring it up to the room to watch TV. I ordered a burger and fries and both were GREAT! The bad was comfortable and i did seem to gt a good nights sleep.
