Comfort Inn & Suites Aberdeen

Convenience & staff

Nothing

I loved everything about this stay.

Llved everything

The staff was really helpful; they helped us out when we had to re-book for a night, sent the invoice via mail after i contacted them from home (not all of them respond that fast, some dont at all) Location was great for our work trip in aberdeen It was quiet (except for the AC, that you can turn off) Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable Overall, can't complain too much at that price point, i feel like it was reasonable for what i paid, the essentials were covered

The air con in the rooms is noisy - make sure to turn it off if you are sensitive to noise The gym is very barebones, basically a bike and some weights; the treadmills aren't workable. There is a 24/7 gym close by though, but i wanted mine in the hotel. Some of the equipment therein was damaged / used and the AC in the gym was out. The breakfast wasn't great, it feels like the hot food is reheated packaged frozen food; just bacon and eggs would have been nicer; I made it work by skipping over the eggs and turkey sausages; opting for coffee, waffles, and yogurt which were good.

Friendly front desk.

Breakfast was not that good. Elevators were small. Actually got stuck inside the elevator! Stopped between floors. Had to call front desk to come rescue us. Maybe stuck for 10 minutes. My girlfiend was starting to panic. We were trying to get to the 3rd floor, when rescued we were on the 4th floor. The guy from the desk said we were nicer than the people he saved a bit earlier. I guess shit happens??
