Water lukewarm at best, no one every cleaned my room, stain in the toilet, mold on the shower. Rooms need to b updated.

Could t get the room to keep a good temp. Was too hot then too cold. Kept waking up every 70 minutes. Miserable.
The hotel also had a huge conference going on so at night the lobby was full of finance bros drinking and being obnoxious. Not their fault on that one, just made it less enjoyable

I booked this through Expedia and when I checked in the front desk clerk confirm that but yet Hilton billed me double for this room, so Expedia billed me and so did Hilton and now the Hilton is telling me it’s gonna take seven days before I get a credit on my credit card
The overall facilities were fine. Unfortunately the elevators were all broken, which I find hard to believe but they had a large group of kids staying there so more than one elevator was out of service, and I had to drag my three bags up for flights of stairs. it’s not a big deal, but when I called downstairs to ask for an additional blanket, they wanted me to come back down and get it myself, thank you anyway for your service

I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton while I was visiting a friend who was unexpectedly in the hospital. It's a nice 10 minute walk to the hospital as well as many shops and restaurants, so I didn't have to drive anywhere. Breakfast was great but wish it was included. Staff was wonderful, and DJ really helped me out when I asked. Would recommend to anyone.

It was my birthday weekend and my husband took me and our sons. The stay was superb and I just love everything about it. Breakfast was great, I enjoyed the pool, the hot spa and gym. Awesone stay and I will certainly return in the bear future. No complain.

It's very nice environment. Just the jets in the hot tub need to be fixed. That's the reason I really booked my room to enjoy the hot tub but it wasn't working.

EXPEDIA ruined my checking in experience because they didn’t update the date changes on Hilton’s end. It was a very stressful and frustrating experience. Not knowing whether we had a room or not after a long stressful drive

The room was clean and certainly comfortable. My only complaint, is that room cleaning is not automatic on weekends. Very convenient to where we were visiting.
