My room wasn’t available, but Laura found a solution and ensured my entire stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is nice, situated in a good location, and offers a great breakfast selection. Thank you.

Hotel has a very good location to get to most of the main attractions of the city walking. It is a budget hotel and it’s reflected in the included breakfast offered at the hotel which isn’t great for people with allergies or food intolerance as they don’t offer many options. Staff is attentive and helpful. The bar is alright but I wouldn’t spend my time drinking there considering how many other cool bars are in the city.

Check in process was quick and easy even though we arrived at 3pm. The staff were friendly on arrival and at breakfast time. We walked from Liverpool lime street station and it wasn't too far. Our room was clean and tidy with towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Only downside was that one of the lifts weren't working during our time there.
Plenty of food available for breakfast to start the day well.
Small pub over the road and a 5 minute walk to the docks.
