Huge welcome from Gill at the reception whom I'd met before when I stayed there. Stayed in a different room that was very clean and comfortable.
Enjoyable stay and everything I needed was provided.

Hotel in perfect location for exploring Liverpool, close to docks, shops and numerous places to eat. Hotel is excellent value for money and Raphael, Gill and the team are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay again.
