Room was clean but toilet would not flush. Must not have an on site maintenance person because we were offered a plunger to try or move rooms. We were already settled in so we tried the plunger & did not have any more trouble. Beds were not the most comfortable we have had. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Grandkids loved the fish tank in the lobby.

Wonderful hotel in general. The beds in this particular room were not as comfortable as usual and it didn't seem quite as perfectly clean as in the past.

Marie and Marcia were both very helpful. They both provided excellent customer service.

Room was spacy, clean and comfortable. Everything except one Point ist absolutly fine and without any doubt. Only the Breakfast is absolutly not tolerable: only a small Buffet with limited choice, instrustrial egg pieces and Plastic tableware. Plastic knives and forks, Plastic dishes…..no Style and too much trash

The room was spacious but bed were super uncomfortable and bathroom paint was falling off. Bathroom had no ventilation and whenever someone showered the water went all over the bathroom and with my kid I felt it wasn’t safe. The safe I did come I contact with were helpful and pleasant.

Marie was so hospitable and welcoming! She was warm and patient, a wealth of information, and most of all, an asset as the first face associated with Springhill Suites Waco Woodway. We would most certainly return to this location again.

Everything was perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay there again.

With a background in tourism, I'm probably a bit more attentive to things. I kinda felt let down from the get go. I was hoping for more. Parking lot lighting burned out from the start of arrival. Desk atendant took a while to come to desk at 9 P.M. He did not seem friendly (No hello/how was your drive pleasantries etc.) There was a dirty sock on floor (still there at checkout). Upstairs had a horrible food smell in air. Maybe foreign cooking because it was gone in the morning. These things happen of course. Breakfast was ok. The food attendant was A . She was very nice. Make her the GM. I did notice quite a bit of dust on railings and fixtures when viewing from 2nd floor. This could eaily be prevented with scheduled cleaning. The fishtank was atrocious with algae. Ladies at desk said it gets cleaned every week (you would never know). Room was very quiet. Beds were good. Couch in side room is a joke. Cushion feels 20" thick and like you are on a throne. No way to relax after a long drive etc. I would recommend separate shampoo in shower. No clue what is or has been put in bulk bottles. Price was a few dollars cheaper than Holiday Inn, but questionable if I would stay again to save $20. A few minor changes would make this place a home run.

Great hotel we used this as a staycation and the kids loved the pool it was a comfortable temperature to swim in. Only complaint is breakfast could be better. No waffle options and no kids cereal was very much for adults.

Friendly staff. Hotel had many amenities and convenient location. Loved the layout of the rooms and it was perfect for our family.

The room bathroom have no exhaust fans so it becomes very foggy. The breakfast has not much option no falvour. No room service till we stay that is bad . Staff was good

The property was really kept. The staff was welcoming and nice. The room was excellent. The only thing that happened that was weird during our stay is the fire alarm went off three different times in the middle of the night and there was no fire. It scared my children. Other than that, I would stay here again because the hotel and the staff were really nice

Best check-in experience. Very friendly and professional staff. Great Value. Clean. The trip would have been excellent if it was not for the fire alarm going off on two different days, including at 5 am on Christmas morning -- 3 different times.

Very clean, ideal location by my son's home. Will definitely stay there again.

Good Service and friendliness

This was a pleasure trip for three nites in Waco. We have stayed here before and always enjoyed it. Check in was fast and pleasant, the room was large, clean and quite. I like the layout of the bathroom everything is in the same room. the exercise room is small but had everything I needed. Large breakfast room and a fair amount of items to choose from. They had yogurt and none of the other places we stayed did. W enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next one.

The stay was amazing. The room was very spacious, 2 sinks in the room & 1 sink in the bathroom, separate sitting area with TV, clean room & restroom, clean comfortable bed, quite, & competitive priced

After we had checked in, we discovered a roach! Staff came and killed it for us, but would not give us a refund.

The breakfast was cold. The furniture was uncomfortable.

Silly I guess, I didn't realize "Suite" meant we would havae 2 rooms. I knew we would have 2 queen beds, but an extra room with a tv.

We have stayed in this hotel before with our children. We enjoy being in a quieter part of Waco, yet find it fairly easy to get to other areas of Waco. The indoor pool is also temperature controlled and very clean, making it a great place to take our kids to swim in the evenings.

Clean new hotel with Morden facilities. Loved it!

We were very happy with the staff. Very friendly. They went out of their way to help and accomodate. Hotel was very clean and had a nice scent. The only conplaint the ceiling exhaust fan in the bathroom of room 101 didnt work and didnt have a switch. We had a very good experience and would stay there again and definitely recommend this Springhill Suites.
