Good hotel

It’s a great budget friendly place with good amenities. Great staff. And the owner is really good and friendly. However, breakfast is not good. I stayed here for a week and did not have any issues. They were accommodating for my accessibility needs as well.

Rough outside, needs updating to up the first impression. Clean inside. It is a 2 star motel.

Bathroom shower curtain had mold n carpets could use a good cleaning

The facility should work on the breakfast menu or don't list "free breakfast" at all. I do my reservation based on the location and a free breakfast. Here the breakfast is very limited.

Outside sign not laminated. Difficult to find hotel after dark. Poor parking lot lighting.

The property is nice for what it is. It was kind of a pain to get into due to some road construction around it made for an interesting evening after being on the road. I would stay here again.

The place was clean, decent price. The breakfast was a poor offering - when I went down for breakfast, four muffins, bread but no butter or jam, no 1/2 and 1/2 - no syrup for the waffles. Again, the place was clean, and a decent price.

The bed was comfortable. The headboard fell off the wall in the middle of the night. Room could have been alot cleaner. The breakfast was very minimal as well as the coffee. Swimming pool was closed for some reason. The halls in hotel stunk!

A smoke-free hotel and smoke-free room SHOULD NOT wreak of cigarettes. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was wiped out an hour into service times. Only positive was they allowed dogs for a fee. I’m afraid I would not recommend this stop for anyone.

We loved it because this hotel does not allow pets. My wife and my kids are allergic to pet hair or their smell. Thank you for that policy.

Arrived for check-in in the evening. Per the hotels.com site, the room we chose was the last one available at this motel. Desk clerk was perfunctory - stressing the things we couldn't do rather than welcoming us to the facility and saying "thank you" for choosing them. Gave us our keys and returned to his seat. Our room was on the second floor. In his full view, we, a 70 year old woman and a 100 lb 50 year old female came in to go to our room. It was then that we were told there was no elevator. No offer from either employee to help us get our bags upstairs. Finally, two young men who'd just checked in with their families helped us wrangle our bags upstairs. Bathroom was dirty, sheets were threadbare, bedcover was stained. If it weren't so late and we weren't so exhausted, we would've left. There was some mystery chunk of brown ice in the refrigerator freezer compartment. We do NOT recommend.

The road to the property was horrible! Had to wind your way around huge holes in pavement.

I was in room 129 for 3 nights checked out hoping to be able to head home. But unfortunately things didnt go accordingly to plan and I had to check back in with a new reservation. We ended up with the same room. I paid an extra fee to have my 2 dogs... yet the room wasnt even swept. The pillows still had dog hair on them.....the dead spider in the corner of the room was STILL there. If I would have just checked in that day theres no chance i would be staying in the room until it was actually cleaned. This is disgusting. Staff all seemed very friendly though!

The young person at the counter was very kind and tried to do the best with what he had. When we got to the room, there was water all over the bathroom flloor and there were not enough towels. There was urine at the base of the toilet. The room was clean but had a musty smell like your grandmas house (maybe not yours). In the morning you can forget about eating breakfast because there was not much to pick from. There was some bread, muffins and a waffel maker and the juice was extremely watered down. With all the different choices of hotels in the area, I would not choose this place again.

Hotel is dated and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Internet connection required constant re-signing in. Very frustrating Minimal breakfast selection Light on only one side of queen bed meant only one person could read a book.

Decent hotel for an overnight stay

Needed a place for the night while on a road trip that we could stay with our kids and dog. Check in was quick and easy and the boy at the front desk was friendly and polite. The hotel was quiet, the room was pretty big. TV was a little wobbly and we made sure to let the front desk aware. Bathroom was kind of snug and small. Shower head was loose and is really low on the wall, tub faucet a little loose also. Water pressure was great, nice hot water. Room was clean but could probably use a deep cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is definitely sub par. Waffles, cereal and some muffins. Lady at breakfast and lady at checkout we’re both friendly and polite. Overall a fine place for a quick stay. (The pool is not open but is advertised. We weren’t there to swim so didn’t affect us) Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

My stay was good room was clean but the t.v. was not working some channels had sound other only spoke spanish.

My room was clean and had a homey fresh smell. I liked having a sofa and table in the room.

Booking was made almost exclusively for swimming and the spa. The decision to book this room was based on the advertisement that it had a pool. Never being advised that the pool was closed at check-in or before. Who was full water sign on several doors showing hours of pool operation. Signs in the room advisingof towels available at the pool.

It was easy to park in spaces. Some of the parking lot had broken concrete an small holes.

They were rude and would not give me my key

It was dirty, hold in bath tub faucet very dirty shower curtain filthy tub faucet was about to fall off! Bedspread filthy old need to update rooms! We will never recommend that hotel to anyone! Advertise new remodel room that is a lied and hot breakfast which is another lie! They are trying to charge to different prices and the front desk people are very very rude! If they work for me I would fire them. Also they have my husband credit card number with some one else! My opinion that hotel needs to be torn down and we remodeled!
