Property is old and not well cared for. Couldn’t even get an ice bucket!

There was cockroaches in the bathroom, the heater for the pool had been turned off so my grandkids couldn’t swim, which is why I chose this hotel. I requested towels for 4 people and they only had 1 to give us. Didn’t ask if we wanted our room cleaned the next day.

The property is very damaged and old. The cleanliness is VERY Poor, the TV remote of our room didn't work and they didnt have another one to use. There was no breakfast at all, even that it is included the only thing available was bread to toast. Not recommendable at all!

The room reminded me of a crack house. Lights were out and it was dark. Bathroom sink was moldy and had burns around the countertop. Shower curtain rod was broken. Smoke detector had a plastic bag taped over it. Hole on bed comforter. Cracks on wall and ceiling. We left and didn't stay.

Everyone was very friendly and inviting. Professionalism was off the charts, I would recommend a stay to anyone

Smells like cigarette smoke everywhere, our room’s floor was dirty, toilet paper not replenished, no coffee cups available but then we found mold in the coffee pot anyways, hot tub didn’t have water in it. Not the grossest hotel ever, though, so probably fair for the price.

Room was average Tv did not work and I told the front desk he was supposed to come look at it but never did. While waiting another person in the hotel got into my room with their key. So that’s kinda scary.

The first room we were put in was absolutely disgusting, and the toilet did not flush. The second room was slightly cleaner but absolutely disgusting. The hot tub is not working like advertised. The walls were gross, the floors and floor boards were covered in dirt, you could tell someone was smoking cigarettes the smell was so bad, the bathroom counter was falling apart. The sheets had stains on them and the tv remote barely worked. When I informed the front desk of the smell and cleanliness of the room all they said was “we will let the manager know” nothing else was done

This place is absolutely disgusting

This hotel was the nastiest place I have ever seen. I wish I could post pictures to show you exactly what I am talking about. There was holes in the floors, mold in the swimming pool area. And there was people actively using drugs in the parking lot: this place need to be shut down my the health department! There was no hot water, ever! Hole in the walls. Shower head was broken, and barely worked. One of the rooms the tv didn’t work. Do not stay here!

Microwave is somewhat worked. Air dryer plug unsafe to use. Ceiling cracks. Breakfast is poor.

Well first of all, we witnessed what looked like a drug deal going down just after we parked. Went into our room and found that the main light switch didn’t power the room on and once we found the lamps we found dog food on the ground. There was actually debris on the floors all over the room. The one bed had very noticeable stains and the washroom was NASTY! I son noticed a large bug walking down the bathroom door to a HOLE which was located under the baseboard to the very mouldy bathtub. We went to the main desk and as we all walked by the pool and hot tub. We noticed that the hot tub was not working and the pool water was murky. While at the front desk we asked for a complete refund and while the gentleman at the front counter opened the back door we noticed the walls were stained and needing major drywall repairs. We were offered another room but let’s be honest at this point we are so grossed out and feeling completely unsafe it’s not even funny. This property shouldn’t even be be offered as an Expedia property! I would love to speak to a management should we actually not receive a complete refund.

Dirty the tv didnt work fridge didnt work my moms room toilet had poop on the seat looked like someone peed in her desk chair... phones in room didn't work so couldn't call the front desk.. towels were brown so i had too buy my own..no breakfast just cereal and milk... the manager didnt bring in the waffle mix.. just terrible hotel the front desk ppl were nice but overall disgusting... the pool wasnt filled.. I woke up itching and couldnt go back too sleep... very uncomfortable and i had a wedding too go too and i was so tired.. never again...especially for the price not worth it at all this was a trap house motel should of been way less for the dirtiness i seen...

The room was very dirty, the toilet had poop on it The bathroom floor felt like it was going to fall thru cob webbs in the corners in the ceiling. When we checked in there was a couple that said it looked like someone had been murdered and looked like blood everywhere. They said they weren't staying there Phone in the room doesn't work

This place is a joke for the amount the charged my bad was covered in food crumbs trash can was running over toilet hadn’t been cleaned rude front desk manager after asking too To be cleaned still food on bed only thing done was trashed dumped they didn’t change the sheets never again will they get my money run away fast as you can it’s a dump 1-10 stars it rates -20 stars

So many issues. First, our keys would not work. We had to climb over 2 men setting in the stairway with their stuff. Trash in the hall and on the stairs. After getting to the room, another couple I locked our door and came in. The front desk gave them the same keys as our room. The lock to the door coming into the side of the building was broken. Anyone could walk in. The deadbolt on our room door was broken. Several lights in the room were not working. I went back to the front desk and was told I didn’t need a lock on the door. I just need to flip the little flap lock at the top of the door. I then addressed thelight situation and the clerk told me he could send some lightbulbs with me. I told him that he could send maintenance up to replace them. I went back to the room, got my bags, and left. When I took the keys back to the front desk there were two other couples checking out. They need to Be taken off of Hotels.com or any other site. And we were told the pool and hot tub were no longer in working order. That was the main reason we booked this with our grandkids.

Hard to find, no outside lighting. Bedding and towels were stained. It was no smoking facility but it smelled like smoke and other illegal substance. Needs a better smoking area away from entrances. Reservation was cancelled. Bathroom ceiling was coming off and no ventilation in bathroom. The water was either hot or cold no in-between. Ceiling was falling down. Would not recommend. Pictures on website are not updated.

The hotel has obviously not been maintained for several years. Torn uphostery on the furniture, cigarette holes in the bedding. Their sign wasn't even lit and no lighting in the parking lot. Long cigarette burn on the ironing board cover. Smelled of cigarette smoke in a no smoking room

The hot tub was not filled and looked like it had not been for quite some time. There was a boiler unit that had been picked up a year ago and was still sitting in the pool room. Presumably it should have been what provided warm water to the pool and hot tub based on the unit size. The pool needed cleaning. It got cloudy at about 3 ft. There was maybe a quarter roll of toilet paper, conditioner but no shampoo, and no Kleenex in the room. The floor was uneven and had floorboards that were sticking up. It I had not been careful I could have easily hurt my feelings in them. The bathroom door could not open all the way because it ran into the toilet. There was a blown speaker on the TV. There was no maid service for long stays, which is fine, but that also seems to include not picking up garbage bags placed outside the door. A bag sat there for about 36 hours before it was removed. We were right behind the lobby and next to the maids closet so it's not like they were unlikely to be near our room. The grab-and-go breakfast was just cereal and warm milk. It was in a pitcher that had a center chamber to put ice in to keep things colder but no attempt had been made to utilize it. There was no screens or ability to open ground floor windows. Many of the second floor windows had torn screens. Lots of cigarette butts were on the ground by the side entrance we used and there was no obvious attempt to clean them up. I was not expecting a lot for the price I paid but this was just so bad.

Hotel was fine for the price. The hallways had a heavy smell of cigarette and weed smoke. Lots of full trash can from rooms in the hallway. The actual Room was fine. No carpet. They did put down laminate floors that are a little uneven but again for the price it was fine, bed was comfortable. My biggest issue was the free breakfast. All they offered was 2 kinds of dry cereal.

Decent location but it seemed like the place had people living in it and not just staying everyone was put in one wing of hotel very loud and dogs barking smoke smell food smell marijuana smell towels were a bit grey and dirty it seemed like but the desk did bring up a couple more at 10:15 at night because they said I had a review saying towels were dirty no I would not stay here with my family

The bathroom needed some tlc but over all it was good

The entire property is dirty. Rooms have a musky smell,the lobby smells like cigarette smoke. The staff has an attitude like you are bothering them i will never stay at this location again.

Terrible smell of cigarettes in all the hallways. The whole building needs to be fumigated.

I found the entry obscure especially at night. For the money it met our needs.

Really didnt like it all one woke up to huge spider crawling.on wall the floor had hudge crack in it the tub wouldnt allow the drain to plug. They didnt even have towels for swimming, the outlite to tv and everything was litrerly stucking out the wall so huge opening in wall. And when i called the front desk about the microwave not working they pretty much told me i am sorry but there isnt anything we can do about it

Worse motel I’ve ever stayed at. A Days Inn should have been much better.

Overall the hotel was a little rough but the room itself was clean and decor was recently updated. Staff were helpful. Had issues closing room door and exterior hotel side door due to latch/key issues. We were disappointed that the pool looked murky and not clean. The hot tub was broken (but not indicated to guests and still had sitting water in it). Breakfast was just coffee and two types of cereal but often there was no milk left. Hotel staff did try to assist with this but they didn’t have much milk to offer.

Would not stay there again! Our fridge was dirty, the towels looked dirty, our bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way because it hits the toilet, there was trash all over outside our window.
