It’s a bit dated but if you’ve got a family and want to save on eating out, plan on being out of the room most of the day and want to be near the beach it’s a great place to be.

This place is fantastic. The employees are so nice. The suite we were in had fantastic views of the ocean. We were even able to watch the Friday night fireworks from our balcony. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice staff. Reservations went the extra mile to accommodate a change in our schedule. Laundry room looks brand new and very clean. Location is between a convenience store and a small Denny's, 1 block from the beach, tour van pickup sites and 2 blocks from the city bus for $3 rides to the airport, Arizona memorial or anywhere else in Waikiki.

Great location close to Waikiki beach. No impressive views from this site, but accommodations are great and well maintained. Location is superb -- close to top restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beaches. Friendly helpful staff. Recommended.

Beautiful experience after traveling from Florida with a family of five and an infant. Had all the amenities we were looking for and more great location, restaurant shops right outside the door. Was nice and quiet during the night with respectful guest going in and out! Offered fun and exciting events activities throughout the day free for the family and adults including ukulele, lessons at the resort , . The staff was accommodating and helpful with luggage, parking, checking in and out as well as printing flight boarding passes!

The customer service staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, had all the amenities we requested. Location is superb, so close to tons of shops and restaurants. 10/10 would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Good location with close access to many attractions and restaurants. While bathroom was a bit small, it was fine for the two of us. Appreciated the friendliness of the staff as well as the mini kitchen in the unit.

We arrived very late and tired and the night staff on 2/17 were very welcoming, efficient. The bell/valet service was very good, the room had all the extras we asked and was comfortable. We just stayed the one night before heading to the north shore, but it was a nice place to land after a long flight. We recommend better pillows and water in the vending machines but everything else was great for a family

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a great location for the beach. Our room slept 6. We appreciated that they had appliances that we could check out for cooking. Laundry room was clean and reasonably priced for washing our clothes. Very impressed with overall experience!

We didn’t have a nice view on the 10th floor and for a family with three older kids the 1 bedroom 1 lounge room was a bit small. There was no stove in the kitchenette which would have been good to cook a meal for the kids. Pool was a bit small for such a big hotel but had a great view.

Location was great. Close to everything you need in Waikiki. One bedroom was really small for 2 adults and 3 kids. Once you pull both beds out in the living, there's no walking space.

The staff as amazing. We had an issue with another hotel with lack of cleanliness. I wanted to mention Chris and his manager went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I to get us a room. We will be staying there again.

We couldnt get an early check in or a late checkout. The woman on the phone was rude. Asked her if they had toothpaste, and she said no and hung up on me during my stay. I will definitely will not be staying at this hotel again!

We had 5 nights in a Standard suite, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Plenty of room and ideal if you were there for an extended stay with stove, microwave and full sized fridge.
ABC store downstairs, modern,clean laundry facility on site and close to the beach and venues. Pick up for our tours was never more than a 5 minute walk.
It's not 4 or 5 star and doesn't have beach views but it's clean, has friendly staff and offers good value in a great location.

A studio, one bath is ONE pull down bed, period.
I cant imagine someone renting a hotel room being okay with a pull down bed that is not made and does not have the hotel pillow and comforter one enjoys in a hotel room.

This property is older. My room was dated. The toilet leaked a little bit. It was quiet. Staff where nice. But it was really overpriced. This property should be in the 125-160 range per night.

This was a great location. Five minute walk from the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

So when you stay here check in is adamantly at four p m For being so close to the ocean the hotel was extremely clean We had a family of 6 and it was Tight but very livable. Everything is within the hotel which is phenomenal the bellhops were great. The valet is excellent and the overall customer service from every staff member was exceptional and made it an all together great experience will stay there again

It's a nice place to stay. Rooms were okay; it was a Murphy Bed. Pool was on the top floor and sorta bland,
Check in was very slow.
Good location to a lot of stores/restaurants and the beach was only a couple of blocks away.
All in all, would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location. It was walking distance to everything. The hotel was very clean. The staff gave excellent customer service. We enjoyed having a/c and ceiling fans in the room. And liked that it had a mini kitchen where we were able to store our left over groceries and reheat leftovers.
