I was immediately at ease upon arrival to th hotel. The area felt safe and secure, which is important to me, especially when travelling alone. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed and I will definitely stay here again in the future.
My only concern is the question of room quality. It seems as though the rooms I get from booking on Hotels.com are always in need of maintenance, whether that is peeling paint, peeling wallpaper, etc.

Came to drive at Willow Springs. Well located for that. Great room, decent price, very clean, good bed and pillows, nice bath towels. Food and shopping very close by.

Property was quiet, clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the free parking and complimentary breakfast too. This is the second time we have stayed here and we intend to stay again in the future when the need arises.

It was truly a fantastic experience. The room was just as I expected from looking at the pictures. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The room was very accessible to everything needed. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. The hostess that checked me in was so awesome. She had the most welcoming personality. She was very willing to help with anything needed. Truly a pleasure to encounter when we first got there. Made my son smile.

Convenient distance to Lancaster National Soccer Center. Sofá bed was tiny, not suitable for two children. We requested 1 extra pillow and were told none were available. We requested a rollaway bed and none were available. Complimentary breakfast was unpleasant (powdered egg taste, sour taste for milk cartons, croissant sandwiches were very soggy). We ended up ordering McDonalds for breakfast. Would not recommend to family and friends.

The stay was amazing! It was a mix of meeting with a client and going to the Edwards AFB air show. Everything about the hotel and the room were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the front room furnature was a little uncomfortable, but not un-usable.

Our new favorite hotel!! The staff was kind, the room was AMAZING. Definitely the biggest one we have found for our family of 5 at a great price. The beds were comfortable and the TVs were great!! Love that we were able to use our streaming services and it was so helpful to have multiple TVs. We will definitely be staying with you each time we travel that way. Thanks again!

The facilities were all sparkling clean and the amenities excellent. The included breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well presented. Most notable however was the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Excellent closet space, very roomy, very quiet, I loved it here. All of the staff was very sweet except for one manager. (I don’t know what’s wrong with her), however everyone else was friendly and kind. Special shout out to Shawn who is the sweetest easiest person to deal with. I would return ~

The room was very clean and had everything we needed , it had the kitchenette which was very convenient to have a fridge and microwave, the continental breakfast also was very good for a quick coffee and a bite to eat, over all a good experience

Everyone was so nice but my room was right next to the kitchen and after 4:30am i was awaken buy the noise of clashing pots and pans

Ours consisted of juice, a banana and a microwaveble breakfast sandwiches for four people but you pick what you want and how many from a list.
