Front desk staff very friendly, property is nice and clean as well as our room very spacious bathroom. Only bad thing is that IF you’re not staying 3 nites plus your room dues not get cleaned, bed sheets were not Changed meaning bed was not made, Same for bathroom not cleaned no towels were left. Had to go to front desk to get that’s where I was told about the 3 nite minimum.

Good, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Pool and gym were good enough. Main complaint is HVAC noise at night and no obvious way to turn completely off.

The most notable thing was that every person that worked at this hotel was friendly! From the front desk, breakfast buffet support to the maintenance and cleaners. Everyone smiled and said hello! Great feeling.

Amazing!! Had never visited the Lancaster location. We would stay here again. We had to extend our stay an additional night and the hotel was able to accommodate us. Great service from the front desk, house keeping and the breakfast station.

I had 2 rooms over the weekend. 1 room had no issues but the other room was given to us not clean with yhe promise it was going to be clean. Unfortunately 6 hrs later the room was still in the same condition. I called the desk and i had to move to another room that was cleaned.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is safe for being in Lancaster. There is security the patrols the parking area. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The room was clean and quiet (minus being close to the freeway and load cars). Only 1 elevator worked which made it a long wait and the ice machine was broken so we had to go to the next floor to get ice. The breakfast was fine the 1st day, but after that the next 2 mornings were not good. The only hot choice was oat meal for some reason. We ended up going to a restaurant.

I was double charged for my stay though I told rep at front desk that Expedia already charged me a keys additional security hold which was expected. I went back to hotel to advised them manager Acknowledged their error and callously said you have to wait 5 days for a refund. So basically I’m waiting 5days for
My money to be given back to me which was taken from my account illegally because the room was paid for…UNACCEPTABLE

Good hotel decent gym. My only complaint is they need a 2nd person to help at breakfast. Food isn't completely put out until after 6am. Seriously need a 2nd regular coffee pot!! Often out of coffee at 6am, not good. Nice quiet hotel, nice walk in shower. Ok clientele. Nice front desk service. Hire another person at breakfast!!

I think it's terrible that you're not getting housekeeping services unless you're 3 nights or more. That takes tips away from staff. And my frequent overnights in the area to visit my aging mother in law will be spent elsewhere!

The property was great! It was clean, modern, and comfortable. It had a large breakfast area and a good selection of choices for breakfast. The staff was kind and efficient at the front desk and the check in process was smooth. I will definitely be booking there again.

The best experience! Manny at the front desk was my hero! We were there planning a funeral, and the entire staff was just amazing! They made this hard time a little bit easier. I won't stay anywhere else! Just book it!
