The overall stay was good. There was no body wash or shampoo in the shower. Housekeeping came into my room 2 times while i had a do not disturb sign on my door while i was sleeping, which was not cool.

Honestly the whole hotel was beyond dirty. Trash and towels sat in the hallway from other guests from the time we checked in until the time we checked out, which made the 2nd story hallway smell like trash. Our room was leaking from the upstairs ac unit and can tell it had been for a while, you couldnt sit on the couch because it was wet and you would get dripped on. Our bathroom toilet looked like it hadnt been wiped down from previous guests, visible dirt on toilet and in shower. There were never any towels in the pool, mysterious items stuck to hit tub filter and floating. Overall pretty disgusting! The only thing we really enjoyed was the breakfast. I have photos but its not letting me upload them.

Paper thin walls. Heard someone running non stop on the floor above me. I made every effort to grant grace as I know how difficult it is to have children in a hotel room. it turns out, it wasn’t a child, yet at least five people and a dog. this would’ve been no issue at all. Had there just been better sound production. In the meantime, 400 dollars later we haven’t slept in days.

The front desk staff Cynthia was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable of what stores are in the area. I loved CeCe that works in the food area was phenomrnal. The food that she served was hot & delicious. Also the area was clean with sanitizer out. Not every hotel I've stayed supply sanitizer in the food area.

Was a little upset that the pool was not available and although comfortable, the bed was quite squeaky. Breakfast was amazing!!!

Very nice and well maintained. In good condition and clean. They did run a little low on breakfast items even though we were at the breakfast more than an hour before it's scheduled end time. In addition the evening desk person that checked us in was somewhat gruff and not particularly friendly. Fairly minor issues though. A solid 4 star experience.

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean, the staff was so friendly and attentive. The breafast was by far the best we've had. On the last day we were leaving at 6am and they were so kind to let us grab some cereal for our kids on the road. They always had fresh coffee out all hours of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was warm and it was wonderful.

Checked in on Friday with no issues, tried to take kids down to pool for an hour before bed and it was closed. Saturday we (5) guest woke to prepare for an event and we had no towels. I went down to the front desk and was told there were no towels available and they didn't know when some would be available. I had to go out and purchase towels in order for us to shower. Unacceptable

They had a great breakfast and plenty of space to sit and eat. Pool was warm to swim. Liked having a separate room to sleep from watching TV or eating in the room.

We really enjoyed our suite. We did have a problem with all the noise in the hallways kids running back and forth yelling i think they were playing on the elevator?

The hotel is great but the rooms are not very clean. The carpet is dirty. Dirt in the corners. Overall the carpet needs replacing. The sofa had stains from I am not sure what.
The chairs in the kitchen area need recovering. Curtain was hanging with missing hooks.

Room was not clean. Found trash in the sofa, someones shorts in the let out couch, let out bed lining broken, mold in the bathroom, cabinets door at the bottom not aligned making it easy for a toddler to slam their fingers, original blanket piled for the let out bed but replaced with a nicer one. On last day, only given two towels for a room with 6 people. Still waiting on my credit for the first night because there was not another room available to move too.

Nice place. Newer facility, on site parking. They have stuff like beer and soda you can buy in the lobby. Free breakfast and dinner.

The room we had was very nice, thoroughly enjoyed it. The best part of the stay was at breakfast and I believe the guy working was Paul. Paul should be the poster guy for customer service, he is amazing. Greeting everyone, asking if he can get them anything, I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time. He is a true asset to this facility.

The hotel did the job, the ac in the bedroom didn’t seem to work very well and the mattresses were not the best but slept on worse. The sleeper sofa in the living room was was not very comfortable for the person sleeping on it. The area is very convenient and easy to get different places. If your looking for a no frill place to stay this place gets the job done.

Overall was a good experience. We had a leaky kitchen sink which happens. We just put some towels underneath and tried not to use it. The chairs at the table in our room were really old and nasty looking so we laid some towels over them. It’s time to replace those. The hotel room overall was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. CC at check out was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although there were quite a few dead bugs on the floor around the edge of the hot tub.

The room was old and the beds were terrible! Worst sleep ever and we were there for 3 nights. We asked for a larger room with better beds and there was nothing available. We were very disappointed having no sleep from the discomfort. This was our 3rd time staying at this location and it’s not fun having no sleep for days.

The room was dirty. Hair all over the floor. Tiles broken in the bathroom. They moved us to another room, it was a little better but there was a huge stain on the couch. The tub had a slow drain . I mean slooow. When I called corporate, they told me we could go somewhere else .I cleaned the room myself. Even the ironing board cover was filthy with stains. There were crumbs all over the carpet. I took a video , I would post it if I thought it would change anything. Thank god we only needed the room for sleep. We will never stay there again. I remember when Hilton set the standard for hotels. It's a shame they have gone down hill.

Morgan was very nice at check had to evacuate due to fire alarm caused by smoking on the premises upon check out wants to shower no towels was offered pool towels everyone was nice but they shouldn’t book to capacity and not have enough stuff but they didn’t run out of food it was good cook was so nice and polite

We were looking for an option close to blossom music center. This is about a 10 minute drive. We were welcomed immediately when we entered . The room was clean and neat. The free breakfast the next morning was wonderful! the attendant even mentioned if there was something we wanted that they didn’t have fixed to just ask them for it and if they had it, they would make it special for us .
