Clean hotel, decent pool area, and friendly staff. The beds were a bit hard, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My room was ready when I arrived. The room was clean and very comfortable for my granddaughter and I. I especially appreciated that all the bedding was white! Made it easy when checking the bed for cleanliness. It was freshly cleaned!

Rooms were sooo dirty... got switched after we checked in to find the couch and couch bed disgusting. Next room was still dirty... stains and marks all over furniture and carpet. Lock system went down while we were swimming and doing laundry. Front desk lady couldnt get any maintence to come in and we were locked out of our room until 2:35 am. I am a single mom travelling with 3 kids. The night lady was very nice. But it didnt fix the awful experiences. I was never offered compensation, and was soo exhausted after traveling I had no fight in me to make the only person who was nice feel terrible.

Nice hotel and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was okay, but did not seem to be staffed by an attendant.

When we arrived in our room we found underwear in the closet, food in the fridge and the tub had not been cleaned well. The lady that was working quickly got us a new room. That room was missing a light in the bathroom and looked like there was some feces on the wall where the toilet paper holders were. (The toilet paper holder was place an odd distance from the toilet.) Overall the room was ok. There seems to be great potential at this hotel but it’s not well taken care of.
When we had breakfast it seemed like maybe they were shorthanded on staff. The bathroom on the main floor had no soap. It just seems like the hotel needs a little TLC

For the most part we were satisfied & would stay here again. only complaint was the shower did have some molding spots & a loose tile or 2 in bathroom floor outside shower stall but even bigger complaint would be pool area: both pool & hot tub needed cleaning. The hot tub capping was molded.

The sheets had blood on them. They were nice enough to bring me new sheets for ME to put on the bed. Tv wouldn’t turn on- they walked me thru it to turn it on. Carpet was filthy. Fridge froze all our food. Not enough toilet paper. Couch was very cringy- needs cleaned. Several lightbulbs out. Horrible.

There was a tear in the shower curtain, the floors were not very clean, and we found hair balls on the curtains for the spare bed. Some of the bedding looked a little stained too. I would agree the hot tub could use a good cleaning too.

Our pullout couch was dirty had dirty sheets left on bed with pizza stains all over it. No pillows at all for said pull out couch! Had 2 towels for a suit that slept 6 the young staff on duty was rude and didn’t care that we had been disappointed!

The overall hotel was good, but my complaint is the provided breakfast. The coffee equipment was down and the fruit was aged and the hot portions were less to be desired. I took a hard pass and moved on.

Staff was not welcoming at check in. Both beds had LARGE coffee/pop stains on sheets by night stand. Broken/loose tiles in our bathroom, tub faucet was pulled 1/2" away from wall and loose, and bathroom fan was inoperative. Front desk was out of hygiene products when asked (toothbrush/toothpaste). Window had no darkening curtains and there was a very large floodlight outside that was on and off all night shining very brightly into our room.
Pool and hot tub were nice, the rest of our experience was poor and we will never return.

I rented a suite with 2 queen beds. The first one they put us in had not been cleaned and the beds were unmade. The second one they put us in, the couch was so stained I did not dare sit on it, the floor had gum on it and a large red stain. No manager on site, I requested to have one call me and refund some of our money, no response, it’s been almost a week. I have photos that I will be posting on their site with an equally bad review. They ran out of breakfast at 8:00 in the morning and the night desk clerk was so very rude. Do not waste the $277.00, it expected a lot more for the price they were charging. Expedia should be ashamed for endorsing this place!

Very clean facility and rooms. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good but busy so had to wait on multiple items. Wireless internet had been out for a week with no repairs, bathroom fan didn’t work, shower drain backed up. Very nice and professional staff.

When we first arrived at the hotel thry gave us a room thst was already occupied my wife walked in on a couple and there daughter. Then i go tell the front desk and it seamed like they really didn't care that that had happened. Our stay sucked had to keep asking for them to re set our room key everyday because they kept only doing 1 night at a time even tho we paid for 3 night upfront total disappointment. Its hard to find a good clean hotel gav2me this hotel a half star...

Great room, with comfortable beds! Breakfast was not the best. Juice machine wasn't workings and coffee was out. Super busy and only 1 staff member assisting with service.

Rooms and lobby were clean. Only issue was hideaway sofa bed was not clean from previous guests. Old sheets on the bed. Went to front desk to ask about having someone bring new sheets. She was very friendly and offered to switch our room as she didn’t have anyone that could bring sheets up. Also there were no towels at the pool around this time and she didn’t have anyone to restock them. Increase in staffing would be appropriate during high check in times so issues that occurred during those times could be addressed quickly. Overall great stay.

Manager and Front Desk staff were unprofessional, charged me for a cleaning fee that was outrageous. Asked for details on why or pictures to show me my room that I cleaned before I left to prove to me it was a mess. My friends phone was left outside, when questioned about it front desk said they didnt have it until we had the phone make a ringing sound from find my phone app. Very unprofessional work staff, even the manager.
