The view from the balcony area was spectacular. The apartment was well equipped (apart from toiletries - an issue that would be rectified, according to the manager of the property) and the location was very quiet at night. There are plenty of books and games.

The shower recess was not particularly clean (mould and grime around the base). The manager advised this would be attended to. The soft furnishings in the tv area are a little tired. The manager advised that this too would be rectified. Other aspects that may be an issue: you will have to climb about 30 steps to get to the apartment, the shower recess is on the small side, and the bedroom is a tight fit (but the bed itself is comfortable).

Place was clean and easy to locate, in a good location and the furniture seemed good quality and the heating worked great!

Would of liked to of had maybe a milk or some basic food left fresh for our arrival anticipating if people arrive late and shops are closed then can be restricted on food options

Cute, cozy, charming, and comfortable. The apartment is within walking distance of the gondola in a quiet area of Les Houches. The views of the mountains are amazing. The apartment is well-equipped I liked that the location was not in the center of Chamonix. You can take the free bus or a very short drive if you've rented a car.

Great location, very close to the slopes. Very clean.

The apartment is located a short walk from the Prarion lift as well as the ski bus stop, a boulangerie/cafe and ski hire shops. It has beautiful views of the mountains from a sunny balcony. The apartment is small but perfectly adequate for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. It had everything we needed and we found it a nice touch that they left basics such as soap, cleaning supplies and even some dishwasher tablets so that we didn't need to shop for all of this. The towels, sheets and pillows were all clean and abundant and the apartment was warm with a good shower. The staff were cleaning when we arrived but were happy to let us leave our bags while they finished so that we could explore Les Houches.

The apartment is a little way from the main shops of Les Houches and the supermarket so shopping (other than the local boulangerie/cafe which had lovely goods but closed in the evening) and eating out in the evening required a little planning and either a 15 -20 min walk or using the ski bus as we chose not to hire a car. Parking is included with the apartment though so this would be an option.
