Via Inn Shinjuku is amazing. Centrally located in Shinjuku, it is near family mart, lawsons and 7/11 which are essential for tourists like myself looking for a quick bite or to withdraw money. They are also within walking distance of Don Quijote and Isetai and other shopping stores. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They helped us with luggage transfers and even gave us restaurant recommendations when we asked. It was so nice that I cancelled my next booking for my tokyo return and rebooked with Via Inn for my last day before flying out.

Although the accommodation is small by Western standards, the welcome of the hotel staff, the convenience of the room, the location and the warmth made all the difference. I will certainly return to Tokyo and I intend to stay in the same hotel. The only problem was the pillow, because it was thin and hard. Fixed suggestion to make the exchange.
