朝食付きでこの価格。しかも快適！共有スペースなキッチンにレンジやお皿、お水もあります。欧米の方がほとんどでしたが、みなさんフレンドリーでした。 はまた宿泊したいです。

Great place, great vibes, great people, great position

- Very clean and tidy place. - you can rent the adapter for 2000 yen and get it back when you will return that. Useful if using type c (european etc) as you wouls need type a in Japan. - seven11 is just opposite. - Breakfast is amall but useful to start your day. - Bed is comfy and you get full privacy and its not small and not really a capsule either. You get small locker with key next to the bed. - late evening checkin is self and after chrckin you would get pin that you will use for the doors outside and your dorm room.

- JR Shinjuku station ia 20 mins walk and nearest metro station is 10 mins. Not too bad but keep in mind

利用客の問題だが、喫煙所があるのに、ドミトリー内で電子タバコを吸っている人がいたと思われ、有害物質を含んだ空気を吸わされ、数時間眠ったものの、深夜からあまり良く眠れなかった。ドミトリー内での喫煙は迷惑なのでやめて貰いたい。

Great location with friendly staff. The social areas were good, and people seemed friendly.

There are just too many guests in the same room. The "capsules" (you cannot call them that because the top bunkers are open so you can hear everything that happens in the room) are not as large as the pictures suggest (it's hard to use your laptop inside). The top bunkers were very hot even if it was freezing outside (I asked them to lower the temperature in the room and it was better). The guests were a bit loud after 9pm (even with the signs asking them to remain silent), particularly on the weekend. And the cleaning in the toilets could be better, given the number of guests. It seems to be mostly groups of young party friends that visit this place.

I bagni sono sporchissimi e non vengono svolte le pulizie giornaliere o, in caso vengano svolte, il risultato è disastroso. Le camere diventano inoltre molto affollate e tutti i bagagli ammassati da un lato con la difficoltà di aprirla nel corridoio impedendo il passaggio degli altri ospiti. Inoltre, cosa inusuale rispetto ad altri ostelli in cui sono stato in Giappone, non vengono forniti gratuitamente accessori da bagno, ciabatte, asciugamani, pigiami.

Un endroit très sympa situé proche de la gare de Shinjuku. Le quartier est étonnamment très calme. Il y a des 7/11 situés juste à côté. Donc très pratique :)

Le paiement de la chambre se fait uniquement par carte. Donc prévoyez avant d’arriver sur place. Cependant, la personne qui a fait mon Check-in. N’était pas du tout accueillante… et ne m’a pratiquement rien expliqué du fonctionnement de l’auberge de jeunesse. C’est dommage car le reste du staff était quand même gentil et attentionné.

Les sanitaires étaient nettoyés régulièrement, j'ai toujours pu avoir une douche propre tôt le matin. La cuisine équipée. L'emplacement à Shinjuku. Le personnel est gentil.

Malheureusement pendant les 4 jours de mon séjour, l'auberge était occupé par un grand nombre de touristes dont la seule occupation était de se saouler, Ils étaient très irrespectueux des parties communes et faisaient régulièrement du bruit la nuit dans le dortoir que j'occupais. En pleine nuit un résident (sans doute trop ivre) a essayé de dormir dans mon lit (alors que j'étais déjà dedans). Tôt un matin on a eu droit au téléphone d'un résident dont l'alarme a sonné longuement car il était incapable de se réveiller. La dernière nuit a failli dégénérer en bagarre. Un groupe de résidents faisait beaucoup de bruit dans le dortoir à 3h du matin. Quand je leur ai demandé de respecter le sommeil des autres, l'un d'eux s'est énervé et a voulu m'agresser. J'ai alors fuit l'affrontement et décidé de passer la nuit à l'accueil. J'ai alors vu défiler des gens ivres qui rentraient, dont une femme à peine capable de marcher et qui s'est écroulé par terre, c'est moi qui a du l'aider à se coucher sur un canapé. Au petit matin à 6h, une table normalement réservée au petit déjeuner était jonchés de bouteilles d'alcool vides et de verres sales. Tout cela sachant que pendant la nuit, personne ne pourra vous aider car il n'y a aucun personnel présent. Même le jour, le personnel ne semble pas soucieux du respect du règlement par les résidents.

Property has a great location right next to shinjuku, you can find a 711 right next to the hostel and many food places in and around the area.

Like many hostel situations the people you’re situated in a room with and in the hostel will alter the experience. People snoring, wasn’t so clean and the staff weren’t great help at times when asked questions. There’s no social aspect of this hostel very antisocial environment that doesn’t bring people together so if you’re solo travelling and looking for that I’d recommend else where.

It’s my second stay at unplan and I loved it once again. Kind staff, clean, I loved it.

They used to provide hair tools like curling iron and straightener but no more, that is my only complaint! Otherwise amazing place

bathroom could be cleaner, especially as it is pretty small for the amount of people rooms were freezing, but no way to adjust the AC no towel included sheets had this weird wholes at the corners, which made you touch the blanket the whole time, not very hygienic way to expensive for what it is

Fantastic staff, super clean, and a great hostel overall.

Free breakfast, though simple, was available from 4am - 11am which is very generous. Location is well located within Shinjuku - 10 min walk from multiple metro stations and 15 mins from the main train station. Movie projector every evening was also great. The hostel was quite social, people always chatting in the common area.

The common area and kitchen is quite tiny for the size of the hostel. There wasn’t a good environment to cook with only 2 hot plates, limited utensils and no oil provided which made life a little trickier. Sometimes the sinks could’ve been cleaner in the shower room area.

The evening blonde female receptionist (dressed in a fun Halloween custome!). She was lovely and helped us find the best to the airport the next day. Our private family room was very comfortable and practical, and felt very new.

The male receptionist with long hair who greeted us on Friday 5th. Very surly and unpleasant, he told us that check-in was at 4:00 P.M. (which we already knew) and without checking our reservation (it seemed unsafe and unprofessional) he directly told us to leave them “there at the back.” Very bad first image, thankfully everything improved later on 👍🏻

Toilets and bathrooms were not that felan

The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location itself was very good. Close to the station, but not in an extremely busy area. The beds were clean and private I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to stay again.

The breakfast was a nice touch but would have been nice if there was something slightly different on offer.
