We stopped here late while driving south. Dawn at the front desk was so friendly! Room was clean and comfortable.

The beds are uncomfortable and they had absolutely no water pressure in shower.

Check-in was super easy, the front desk welcoming. The room was very quiet, beds comfy, and blackout shades were great. We had a very restful sleep. The bathroom was perfect for mobility issues as it had a roll in shower. The hotel is easy to find off of I-81, parking was plentiful, breakfast had lots of options. Everything about the hotel was well designed and made for a stress free stay. We loved it so much we rebooked for our return trip.

Bed was too soft and the sheets and blanket were tucked into the bottom so far that they would only cover my lower body when pulled up.

The beds were super hard and the breakfast was mediocre. The facilities were brand new and the location was good.

We loved everything about Fairfield! Clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were amazing. We would highly recommend staying here!

The conditioner dispenser was empty in the shower but, otherwise, this property was great!

The room was nice and clean. However, the breakfast was just average. After a long journey, that was one thing my family and I were looking forward to.

The property was extremely clean, quiet and the facility is modern. The free breakfast, gym and pool were great amenities. I would definitely recommend this location.

Hotel is new, located close to the highway. Room was clean and good. Great that it came with free parking which is a super plus. There is laundry facilities too. $2 to wash and $2 for dryer.
However, the free breakfast was really a lousy and limited spread. Juice looks diluted, oak porridge was all clumped up, hardly any edible warm food. Please do some checks on the food.

The hotel looks good from outside. The check in and checkout was fine. The breakfast was good.
The room had serious problems. There were stinky brown flying bugs in the room. The shower did not work right, the water kept going to the faucet, only half went to the shower. The container for shampoo was empty. There was just one hand soap for three people.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio with firepits was a nice benefit and could be improved by some landscaping around the area. The hotel is in a site that has yet to be fully developed. Hopefully restaurants will be included as stated on the signage near the entrance.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel like I was not just welcomed, but a valued customer! Yolanda checked me in and was so very friendly and genuine, I could have stayed and talked with her for a long time. She really stood out and set the tone for my stay. All in all, I am from this point forward, a loyal Fairfield customer.

4 night stay, 30+ stink bugs that we caught and flushed. Room not cleanded to a standard, trash on floor. Cleaners was not approachable to talk or ask for some extra trash bags(they was the worse thin small trash bags ever) to a tiny bar of soap or hair conditioner that was empty. For a hotel that was a little over a year old, it was a disappointment. Also after 3 days we received a card under the door that they have the right to enter the room. Thatvwas new to us too, not sure what they thought we was doing? Maybe go knock on the door of the pot smokers in the hotel.

The manager was the absolute best! So nice and courteous to us. Gave us that down home feeling . The rooms were immaculate and would definitely stay here again!

Loved everything except for the green flashing light in my room. This can give an epiliptec person a siezure. I could not believe this was going on. All I had to do was lift my arm 10”
While laying flat and it would start flashing. It flashed constantly all night. At checkout three different people complained. I can’t stay with your hotel with this situation. I

The hotel still smelled new and the bed was extra comfy. It was a little tricky to get to, and getting to the restaurants and stores nearby can be a little confusing, but overall I’m extra happy with my stay. Definitely one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The elevator was modern and I love you can sign into your streaming services from the tv. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located and in great condition. The bathrooms are spacious and well laid out. And the internet works well. But best part is the superb staff, they really make a stay there worth it.
