Pleasantly surprised by how large the unit felt. All the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We didn’t feel cramped. Ideal location central to everything. Everything was very clean and the furniture is in great condition. We would rent again.

The condo was in an excellent location for quick access to the slopes. It was extremely comfortable and ideal for couples or a large family. Extremely well appointed kitchen and cupboards and all the beds were very comfortable. This property made our holiday wonderful! I would highly recommend and hope we get the chance to stay again!

This is a beautiful condo. Perfect for our family- which is really 3 separate units! The set up is great. Each level has their own private bedroom and bathroom. The lowest level, which is the walkout basement,has two bedrooms and the Jacuzzi tub, and a large family room with more bunkbeds and a TV. Lots of room for privacy and to spread out. Also, the kitchen has everything you could need & MORE! Our family stayed for Thanksgiving, and I was concerned about needing some dishes, etc. There was no need for any concern. Everything was there, except a potato masher , and what condo has that!?! Ngoc is amazing to communicate with- quick response for any question. We are looking forward to returning soon!

the property was beautiful, clean and well maintained--the home was more spacious than it appeared in the photos-additionally the listing stated it "sleeps 8" but actually could have slept up to 13

We spent 3 nights here with our daughter, her husband & 3 children. So happy we found this unit to rent. It had so much space for everyone. Perfectly clean. Kitchen well stocked. Very convenient location to all activities and restaurants. Loved the pools and hot tub. Indoor pool came in handy on a rainy afternoon. The owner was terrific. Very responsive and helpful. Hope to return next year.

The property was clean, comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler, and was a great "home base" for our week of hiking around the White Mtns. Great proximity to town, Flume Gorge, and Franconia Notch. The complex itself is also lovely for a morning or evening walk.

We loved our stay! The place was very nice, comfortable, and had lots of essentials that made the stay more relaxing and easy (i.e. basic cooking essentials, cleaning supplies, board game). Host was super responsive and helpful. The clubhouse and pools were great and location overall was very convenient to lots of things.

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family with 2 grandchildren 7 and 11 years old. the place was immaculate, beds comfortable, plenty of room to spread out. skiing at loon mountain was terrific as during our stay there was 6 - 8 inches of new snow which made the conditions great for new skiers and seasoned boarders and skiers. we definitely hope to stay at the Look out Lodge again. hopefully sometime soon!! Location is superb for a Loon ski weekend. Maybe five minutes to the mountain. Shuttle was convenient and you can check your skis at Loon. So much space in this condo- bedrooms are nice and spaced out so lots of quiet and privacy. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Huge tvs in every room. Beds are excellent- nice and firm- and so are pillows. Bedding is comfy like a hotel. Only downside is the fireplace had a bike lock on it. It’s wood burning, so I understand them not wanting people to be unsafe. And it is made clear in the listing that there are no fires- I just didn’t read closely enough and went off the pictures which do not include the bike lock. Says it sleeps 8-10 but there are extra beds in the finished basement that could easily sleep 5. Great place, great location, great weekend. Easy check in-check out.

We spent the weekend with close family friends. We have 4 kids who really enjoyed sleeping together in the basement:). We all had an amazing time. The place was so well set up and we really appreciated the ski shuttle to Loon as well! We kept saying how perfect the set up was and how great of an experience we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was much larger than we expected from the pictures online and the furnishings all felt new. Plenty of room to spread out and the host was kind enough to stock items we may need, including coffee pods! The easiest check-in we have had in a VRBO rental. So convenient, just a few minutes from Loon Mountain and the cute little town with shops. We highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful weekend; a perfect way to bring in the New Year!. The weather didn’t cooperate as we hoped for some great skiing and snowboarding but the location is perfect for skiing. The property is exceptionally clean, and provided more than enough space for a group of 10. Ngoc was always quick to respond with any question or concern right from the beginning i of planning our trip. We definitely would visit again

we loved our stay at this house. the property was exactly as described and communication with the owner was excellent. the shuttle service to the mountain is reliable and easy. having access to the pool/hot tub in the sports center was an added bonus! overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This condo end unit was the perfect spot for our family gathering. The home was very clean and very spacious. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. Being just minutes from downtown we highly recommend this property if you're going to be staying in the area!

This condo is such a great find! We had 4 kids in tow (4-8 years old) who thoroughly enjoyed the bunk bed room on the lower level. The parents thoroughly enjoyed their separate bedrooms on separate floors :-) This unit was so spacious, clean, and right in the middle of so many attractions. We enjoyed a day trip to Santa's Village, Clark's Trading Post & Lost River Gorge and Boulder Caves. While we were on the go the whole time, we feel we didn't even scratch the surface on what the Lincoln area has to offer. We are already looking forward to our next trip. Ngoc was a pleasure to work with. Super responsive and thorough with all instructions. We will definitely be staying here again!

We have rented at least a dozen times in the Lincoln area and this home was by far or favorite! Everything was gorgeous! Plenty of room for everyone! Location was beautiful as well! Everything you could possibly need was available in this home! Very clean and just overall gorgeous! I would recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in Lincoln!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Lincoln and this property exceeded our expectations. Usually we have to choose between a rental with plenty of space or one that has been recently updated. But this townhouse had it all! Check in and check out process was very easy. The owner is super friendly and responsive. Forest Ridge is a beautiful and convenient area with great swimming pools and other amenities. We will always try to stay here on future trips to Lincoln!

Great place. Only issue we had was the batteries in the keypad died and there were no keys for the house. Small inconvenience but leaving a set of replacement batteries or changing them regularly would avoid this ever being an issue.

Every year we come up to Lincoln, NH. This was our first stay here at this home. It was a lovely home with plenty of room for 2 families. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. It’s in a nice neighborhood, across from Loon Mountain. Definitely will keep in mind for our next vacation. Thank you. Sarah C.

We had such a wonderful stay!
This property is exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The multi level set up is great. It can be cozy enough for a smaller group or spacious enough for a couple parties.
I must mention that the property manager was an absolute gem. She was very quick to respond to our inquiry and was very informative. Communications and instructions were very organized and clear and included many suggestions of things to do in the area.

We loved our stay. We had two families with kids and had plenty of room. The place had everything we needed, was clean and check in and check out was easy.
The clubhouse had a pool and would've been fun to try but we didn't end up having time. We spent one day at Santa's Village and the next at the Flume Gorge.
We would recommend staying here!
