Room size and standard (Panoramic Superior Room) was very good. Decor done to a good standard. An amazing view from the window too! Hotel supplied a travel cot, mattress and duvet for our baby. Was already in the room for us arriving!
WiFi was good, TV a good size, air-con worked very well.
The hotel is in a good location, not far from Vitosha Blvd. Multiple nearby 24- hour shops for anything you need. Nearest Aldi is about 15 mins on foot.
Bathroom was a bit tired, black stained silicone, missing grout from tiles, mirrors peeling, doors woodwork needing re-varnish. Usual wear and tear.
Sink was hard to drain as the draining button behind the tap was missing a knob.
The mini fridge was full of items available for purchase, which meant not much room to store things we bought/brought for our baby. Just moved them around and then moved them back upon leaving.
Overall, nothing major and nothing that ruined the stay.

On arrival i was upgraded to a suite. Beautiful views over city and mountains. Amazing facilities in room. Breakfast in morning was a buffet but very good.
