This is a small boutique style hotel in a very good location very close to the centre only a 5 minute walk away. The room was big and well equipped. The parking was small with a valet operated lift to take your car up and down. I don’t think the large cars of today would fit in the lift ? The staff were friendly. It was for us with a car the perfect place to stay in Sofia.
The breakfast, specifically the very small breakfast area in the reception lobby on small wobbly tables. It was a tiny badly designed poorly laid out area in much need of a redesign.

Great location, rooms were comfortable
I booked a standard room and a superior room as a surprise on arrival for a family member. On check in we were allocated 2 standard rooms when querying with reception they said nothing we can do, we don’t have the rooms. No apology and when I asked for the difference in cost back they advised me it was not possible

The size of the room and the breakfast have met my expectations.
It was too hot in the room, there is an air conditioner but it was not working properly, and even with a window opened the temperature was too high. The room needs renovation, the sofa and the walls have stain.
