The location very near to the vitosha blvd. Rooms have a good size with a small sitting area and the balcony with also 2 chairs and a small table is nice. There is everything you need. The bathroom is small but the shower is good with good water pressure. Everyday they arrange the bed and clean. Good breakfast for a 3 star hotel with croissants, mini eclairs, cookies, eggs, 2 kinds of cheese, saussages, salad, yogurt cornflakes, fruits. And a coffee machine (but not the best coffee..)
The bed was not comfortable. Its a simple double bed 140cm large and the mattress is too soft it sinks and it pulls toward the middle. Also when you.move it makes noises. Mattress needs to be replaced. Also no sockets near the bed to recharge the mobile. Needed to disconnect the lamp to use the socket to recharge.

The location was good, only a short walk from the city centre. The room was a good size and check in and check out staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The shower in our bathroom kept overflowing and meant we had to turn off the water mid shower to allow the water to drain. There was sufficient variety for breakfast but the food and in particular the breads and cheese could have been fresher.
