Lovely location nice grounds very comfortable rooms with great coffee machine and tea making facilities we were only staying one night as had an event in Bangor. Breakfast excellent
Would have liked brighter lighting in bathroom mirror not great for applying makeup etc room was warm and cosy duvet a bit too heavy for us bedspread also heavy there was a fan available but did not use

Staff are what make this hotel. The lady in reception was lovely and the bar staff and room service staff were so lovely and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I wanted to bring them all home with me. Food was amazing breakfast was really lovely.
260 pounds per night in a room that was meant to be superior. No bathsheets, no pillow choice, the bed was torn, no aircon, light bulbs 4 not working. No fridge /mini bar, no robes, no extractor fan in windowless bathroom. I didnt find the room value for money whatsoever. Ive had bigger premier inn rooms.
