Great location

I didn’t find anything to not like about the property

MRT station ans 7 Eleven nearby, Cafés & Restaurants in walking distance

The switch from overhead rainfall shower head wasn’t working properly, was a bit annoying to get surprised by cold water from above. With two people and suitcases would be quite small.

Very good location. Very close to transport, landmarks. Room had a water filter so no need to spend money on water. Clean with basic amenities.

We had asked for adjoining rooms as we had two kids with us. Though this wasn’t promised, we weren’t offered these at the time of check in as they were at capacity. For me that displays bad customer service. And the staff didn’t even attempt to rectify the situation. Also, their AC system was extremely noisy at night. Woke me up a few times. It sounded like an ice machine dropping off ice cubes every half hour. When I reported this to the staff in the morning they apologized but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. We were coming back from a great customer service experience in Bangkok and yes this is a budget hotel but we would expect better standards of customer service. Than leaving a customer with the feeling that take it or leave it
