It was well located if you travel by train, just across the trams to commute to the meeting every day, and not too expensive. Was good for business and could work for tourism (if you take the tram) and could probably walk to the city centre.
I somehow could not find the entrance of the hotel... walked around the block... people (at the restaurant next door) was unhelpful and send me in the wrong direction. Finally found it and staff was real helpful. Was busy doing renovations but it was well contained and did not really bother me (just dusty corridors where they were working). The environment did not really feel clean nor safe.. probably not as bad as it felt, but some homeless people on the street and not very clean.

Nice big rooms, comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom.
If you happen to have a room on the front it gets very noisy. The bar below was playing loud music til about 7am in the morning. Really not acceptable.

Clean comfortable room conveniently located next to the railway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very much value for money. I would like to thank the lady at the dining room for giving me a cup of water at 7 am so that I could take medication for a headache.
I have no complaints

Location
Window facing to the north and the heater wasn’t working so the room was cold and humid. Then I had to move to the another room. Elevator sometimes works sometimes not. Breakfast menu doesn’t change. If you stay for a week, you need to have the same breakfast everyday.
