Exceptional property and a great location close to parks, groceries, and an easy walk to the Recoleta cemetery. Juan, the property manager, was most helpful, taking the time not only to explain the in/outs of the property and neighborhood, but showed us technology-challenged travellers how to use WhatsApp. Access to the apartment is via a small, private elevator that delivers you right to the front door. The apartment itself was well laid out with everything you could want for a short/extended stay including a washer/dryer. Wifi was easy to access and quite fast. We very highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of Recoleta, close to museums, restaurants, parks and 2 blocks from the cemetery. The apartment is modern and everything is updated. There's lots of seating in the living area and a kitchen that has everything you could want, even if we didn't cook! (Too many restaurants). We were pleasantly surprised with the maid service, twice in the time we were there - this is not some superficial hotel service.
Juan and his mother are absolutely wonderful - helping us with tickets, getting us a pickup from the airport, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. They are remarkable hosts. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This apartment in Recoleta is modern with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The host Juan Cruz really pays attention to detail and checks in from time to time to make sure you are enjoying the place. Don't search any further, book this apt. you won't be disappointed. It's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This apartment is on a very quiet street in the very comfortable, desirable Recoleta district. It's only a couple of blocks to the Subte (subway) and many bus lines for transportation as well as lots of neighborhood shopping with Jumbo and Coto supermarkets close by as well as neighborhood bakeries, greengrocers, restaurants, etc. The apartment is spacious and very quiet (double pane windows help) on, as already noted, a very quiet street. We spent three months in the apartment and Juan was very helpful when we needed some, and left us alone otherwise. It was a most comfortable visit. We were able to cook when we wanted but ate out a lot at some very good restaurants, both reasonable and one very high end: Roux. Parks are also close as well as museums. I can't say enough about how good the location is. We were very happy with the accommodations and with Juan as host. Thank you, Juan, for a wonderful stay!

The app was very clean, elevator to the door of the apto, two nice rooms an a little one for one person, It was very nice place in the city, close to many places. Juan the manager is a very helpful. my daughter got the keys for the app early afternoon, his mom show her all the apto and give her some tip where to go, very pleasant people. Ill really give them 5 stars service.

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful area. We enjoyed the Recoleta neighborhood and exploring other parts of the city as well using the subway stop that was just down the street. The property manager was excellent and took very good care of us! Perfect place to stay in Buenos Aires!

Overall impressions of this apartment and this location were perfect! My family and I had everything we needed- amenities in the apartment, plenty of space, use of washer and dryer, walking distance to cafes, market, and easy Uber pick up to other areas of Buenos Ares and beyond! Perfecto!

we traveled to Argentina to take care of some personal and legal issues but at the same time we wanted to stay in a good location to also enjoy Buenos Aires. The apartment is well situated, there are many restaurants, bars, museums at walking distance. The property manager was always making sure we were ok, he always replied my texts about any inquiries I had. Sonia the cleaning lady was polite, pleasant and hard working. I will definitely stay in this apartment again.

This apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is in a great location in Recoleta. It is not fancy but comfortable and good value for the price. The manager Juan Cruz Foti is very helpful. He speaks English fluently and went out of his way to make us feel at home.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, has everything you might need and is located in the heart of Recoleta which is one of the best and most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping. Juan was super responsive and arranged for pick up and drop off from the airport. And was always alert to his WhatsApp if we needed any help. We had a wonderful time in my favorite city in the world.

Lovely condo, fully renovated, supreme location in Recoleta (one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires).
The property is well located, close to all the amenities in Recoleta, and in a very safe area.
We were a party of 5 and we felt like home. The Internet is good, and the kitchen is new and fully equipped.
Our communication with Juan was always fluent and he was very helpful during our stay.
On top, a cleaning lady comes once a week and does a deep cleaning for you.
The beds were comfortable and you can have a good sleep noise-free night because the condo has soundproofing windows.
I'll definitely return to Juan's condo in the future.

Juan’s place is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.
The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment was walking distance to some tourist attractions, and it was close to many excellent bars and restaurants. Juan had many excellent recommendations and was spot on with all of them. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Buenos Aires.

Jose was a wonderful host and had us settled in well to his condo. It is located in a very secure and safe part of town just a few minutes from the recoletta cemetery and close to many good restaurants and bars. The apartment is excellent and was great for our family of 5.

El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones, un baño completo y dos semi baños, está provisto de todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable.
Está ubicado en una zona segura y tranquila, cerca de parques, restaurantes, tiendas de primera necesidad y lugares culturales a visitar..
Mi esposo necesito trabajar por una semana y no tuvo problema con la Internet (es súper rápida).
Estamos planeando regresar al mismo lugar 😃

the apartment was perfect for us and in a desirable location.......it was obvious that much thought and attention was given to its design......we really loved our stay there........getting into the apartment was delayed by several hours and with communication with juan being pretty much non-existent, leaving was also a challenge (one needs the key to get out of the front door of the building.......so what do we do with the key?)........but a really lovely apartment in a lovely neighborhood.

We loved staying at this apartment in Recoleta. Close to many sites and shops and restaurants while still being quiet and safe. Whole-apartment air conditioning is also treasured in the heat of the summer for sure. Juan was great to work with and checked-in throughout our stay to make sure we were doing ok. Great place for a family visit to BA!

This was such a cozy and cute place to spend our family time.
The location, in one of the best areas of Buenos Aires, is just amazing, close to great places in Recoleta and convenient public transportation.
I loved the light fixtures with dimmers in the living room! As Juan Forti explained to us, and obviously as the pics show, this apartment was totally remodeled with very modern and exquisite details.
We had some questions about the electronics and a few requests (one as little as wooden hangers instead of plastic ones…) and Juan responded to all of them graceful and promptly!
Juan was always so accommodating and friendly to speak to, we really appreciated his kindness.
We also had a weekly cleaning. The first cleaning was done the day I arrived, and although it was perfectly fine with me, I suggested to have it done before the tenants arrival in case that this wouldn’t be OK for others.
It was a pleasure to have met Juan’s mom even if it was just on my way out!
Everything, the apartment, the location and Juan’ s willingness to please, allowed for our family to have a lovely stay, and we hope to come back next year!

This apartment had everything one needs for a great holiday. It was quiet, beautiful, and convenient . The managers, Juan and his mother, were always available and ready to help. The beds were so comfortable as well as the pillows and the kitchen well equipped. I give it 5 stars!!

In addition, our deposit was refunded immediately. We stayed for 7 nights in this lovely, comfortable, spotless apt. The bathrooms are somewhat odd as the floor gets very wet from showers. Also the all glass counters and lack of counter/storage areas are inconvenient. But we felt at home and loved our beautiful apartment in beautiful Recoleta. We'd love to come back!

We recently enjoyed an 11-night stay in this wonderful apartment while visiting Buenos Aires and have only the very best things to say. Juan was there to welcome us to his spotless and nicely furnished modern appartment located on a convenient side street in the Recoleta neighborhood. The location is within easy walking distance to nice shopping, many top restaurants and bars and the special attractions that surround Recoleta. We especially liked dropping into the nearby La Biela, one of the Classic Cafes.
There was plenty of space for all 4 of us to be comfortable. The pictures Juan has loaded on the website are an accurate reflection of the interior - we especially enoyed using the modern kitchen to prepare our breakfasts together each morning, and to enjoy our Happy Hours in the early evenings before going out. The washer and dryer were convenient as we were all traveling on after Buenos Aires and we were able to wash our clothes. The owners, Juan, Damien and Ms. Silva were the best - very attentive to our every need. They always responded quickly when we emailed or called. They were profesionnal in every way; from the rental agreements and payments, the refund of deposits, meeting and walking us through upon arrival, excellent recommendations for exploring the city, and closing up at the end of our stay. They were always available to help make our visit special. There was a minor issue with a leaky sink one day, but Juan called the plumber immediately and we were never inconvenienced in any way. All of us had requested that Damien meet us at the airport for the transfer into town and he was right there - this was reassuring and easy to start our visit this way.
So, as far as we are concerned, we give this property 5 stars! We would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to other travelers.

The apartment itself is even better than the pictures. It's quite spacious, even for four people including two energetic kids, with a full kitchen, excellent Internet, cable TV, on a very quiet block. Juan and Damian keep it quite clean and provide weekly maid service, which makes for an even more relaxing vacation.
Juan was also extremely helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants, super markets, and helping to set up any tours we need. They also helped us secure rides to and from the airport, provided guidance on changing money -- which is far more complicated than it should be -- and anything else we needed. Not only would we recommend this property to friends, but we'd stay their again ourselves the next time we're in town.
For breakfast, you cannot beat Cafe Gretha, just a block away on Avenida Pueyrredon, for some of the best pastries and cortados in the city and the ability to make our family feel like regulars after one visit. Continuing on Pueyrredon across Av. Las Heras, there are several very good wine and cheese shops, decent helado, and a massive Disco Supermarket -- plus a very nice playground and carousel for the kids. While slightly beyond walking distance, we'd also strongly recommend Cafe Rivas in San Telmo and Las Pizarras in Palermo. Some of the best food in the city at extremely affordable prices.

I rented this apartment with two friends for a week long vacation. It was a wonderful choice for us, and I highly recommend the property to friends or family of up to 5 people. The apartment is modern, clean, and colorful. It is bright and airy, with pretty views of the street below. The pictures shown on this listing are very accurate. I felt very safe in this building, and in this neighborhood. It was exactly what I expected and more. The managers, Juan and Damian, were the best hosts. They arranged transportation for us to and from the airport, and offered very helpful advice to get our vacation off to a great start. Juan was available via email and phone throughout our entire trip, always there to answer any questions we had about the apartment or the city. This is a huge bonus, as the city is large with so much to offer.
Situated in Recoleta, you are surrounded by so many fabulous attractions within a short walk. The cemetery is an amazing must see (we went twice). There are parks, museums, and a weekend craft fair. There is a grocery store, a shopping mall, and a movie theater. There are bars and restaurants open late. Try La Biela for a delicious coffee and traditional breakfast. Or go to Florencio, one street over from the apartment, for a delicious desert and glass of wine. El Sanjuanino was a casual place to get delicious empanadas. For a close-by dinner I would recommend Rodi, a restaurant with a local feel and delicious steaks (we also went here twice). There is so much to discover and enjoy in this wonderful neighborhood.
Recoleta is centrally located, so it is easy to get to other parts of the city. We took cabs and walked most placed, and there were many buses close by. It was so fun to explore other neighborhoods and then return to this lovely apartment in the evening. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and well-maintained and in a very safe area. We loved having the common space and the kitchen for breakfasts and hanging out after days spent exploring the city.
The location is wonderful- very close to all the sites in Recoleta and a quick cab ride from other parts of the city (Centro, Palermo, etc.) It is close to a grocery store, many great restaurants in Recoleta, and it is very convenient for hailing taxis to get around.
The owner/manager, Juan, was excellent! He was extremely helpful and responsive-- he arranged taxis for us, recommended activities and answered all of our questions.
Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Buenos Aires and looking for an alternative to a hotel. I would definitely stay there again if I am back in Argentina!

My husband, two 20-something daughters, and I spent 8 nights in Buenos Aires in December. This lovely flat was perfect for our needs. It was newly renovated and had sleek, modern appliances and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living area was "open concept" so the four of us had plenty of room to lounge around spending time together. The flat was very comfortable and the location was perfect - lots of sights, shops, restaurants, and taxis. But the best part of our visit was Juan who was a terrific "host". He was so caring and helpful. Juan met us at the flat with delicious empanadas warming in the oven, arranged our airport transfers, a wonderful Estancia experience, and gave us lots of ideas for restaurants and places to go. I'm sure it's fixed now, but our air conditioner was not cooling properly - he arranged for us to move to another magnificent property, paying for the transport and not charging us extra for this luxurious flat. Juan, if you are reading this, Thank you so much for all you did for us. We had a wonderful time!
