The house was great! Plenty of room for 5 adults. Convenient to town and not a bad drive to Wolf Creek.

Very nice home. Lots of room to spread out. TVs, appliances, furniture, and bedding were all top notch. Just a couple miles outside the downtown area, but close to many restaurants and the Walmart if you need to pick up anything. Definitely recommend. Management team were fantastic as well and checked on us if we needed anything.

Fabulous kitchen for preparing and cooking our Thanksgiving meal. Three bedrooms, three bath and two living areas gave us lots of room.

The house was awesome! We were instantly at home. Management company was great from the beginning and very quick to respond to the small questions that we had. We definitely recommend this house. While there were just two of us in a 3 bedroom I can easily see it holding 6-7 people. The two living areas make for plenty of room to spread out. This has to be the quietest rental I have ever stayed in. Absolutely no noise of any kind.

The house is sparkling clean, newer, maintained well, and iTrip offered us great customer service.
They are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. They helped with my booking process, and I appreciated the fact that they live locally and actually know something about the rentals they manage. The house is on a well maintained dirt road with homes on either side; many are new construction. Most of the windows in the home are small and face the open area to the side of the house--no picture window views here, with no inviting outdoor patios, either. But we enjoyed perfect weather--just right for outdoor activities, so we spent much of the daytime hours away from the home. Meals were easy to prepare in the large and well stocked kitchen. With air conditioning for hot weather, the home is comfortable and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great area and we felt safe at all times. The house was a great size for us and wasn’t lacking anything. Our group had two toddlers and an infant, and the house worked perfectly. The host was so helpful and got us the baby gear we needed. They communicated often and took care of us! We would stay here again!!

Great location to restaurants and shopping. Extremely quiet neighborhood with wildlife everywhere. House was perfect for 2 couples with an extra room and bath. Although we did very little cooking, the kitchen was fully equipped and sparkling clean. Had a great stay and will surely return.

The Bella vista house was beautiful. It had everything we needed to feel like home. It was perfectly comfortable.
The communication with the property manager was as good as it gets. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend them and this house to everyone.

The property was spotless when we arrived. The layout is great with each bedroom having access to its own bath. A great location that is easy to bike anywhere in the uptown area.
The air conditioning worked well. Not all rentals in the area have air conditioning and it was very much appreciated this year.

We loved our stay in Pagosa! The house is very conveniently located and in a very nice area. We loved walking around the neighborhood and being a short drive from the main activities in Pagosa. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was a great place for our family to relax after a day of hiking or rafting.

Absolutely loved this home. It was so nice and very clean and had anything you could need. They thought of everything. It’s in a great location right by the golf course and other amenities. Would recommend this for anyone needing a great place to stay!

This home is lovely- new build in a very convenient area, close to both town and hiking trails. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our family of 4. Management was extremely responsive when we had minor issues. Would absolutely recommend!

This place was amazing! Very clean, very spacious and plenty of basic supplies to get trip started. The owners were super responsive. The first day we noticed the shower wasn't shutting all the way and they sent someone immediately to fix it. The location is also very close to eating places, grocery stores and a 30 min trip to the slopes! We loved our stay and we hope we can come back soon!

Beautiful 3 bedroom/3bath home in quiet neighborhood. Large setting area with separate TV room with free standing gas fireplace. Kitchen well arranged with several amenities and dining table to seat 6+ people. Garage for two vehicles. Entire home is perfect for 6 adults
