We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pagosa Springs! The three-bedroom, two-bath layout was perfect for our family of five, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. The condo was very clean, cozy, and well cared for, which made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it incredibly convenient for anything we needed during our stay. After a day of exploring the area, it was great to come back to such a comfortable place.
Overall, this condo was the perfect home base for our trip to Pagosa Springs. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property needs to be cared for more diligently. There were stains on the carpet, the toilet in the master was broken. The sink in the master drained slowly. The faucet in the kitchen needs repair. One of the lights over the kitchen counter blinks constantly. The front door lock didn’t work and we were never made aware of a repair. The batteries for all remotes needed to be replaced. Finally, there was a family above us and you could hear every step.
