We had a great stay. There were many things they thought of that helped - throw blankets, plenty of towels for showering and the hot tub, kitchen supplies, etc. The house seemed taken care of, and not just like a rental property.

The Vista House was even nicer than described online. Many amenities were provided in the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. The space allowed multiple family members to work virtually from different locations in the house. We also enjoyed gathering together in the kitchen to prepare and share our meals.
It is a quiet neighborhood and close to many local attractions. The view from the back patio is of the city and mountains - nice during the day and very pretty at night with the city lights in the distance.
We would highly recommend this rental to be your home away from home.

This property was wonderful! The pictures were exactly as the property was, check in was so easy and it is well equipped. We cooked and hung out on the deck in the nice weather. Would stay here again 100%! So clean too!

The house was awesome and we had a great time. The property was very clean and fully stocked kitchen. We wish there had been tv's in the bedrooms and more seating in the living area as we had nine people total but overall it was a wonderful vacation with our family and would definitely return.

The property owner was incredibly responsive and the place is great for families & friends! The basement is a great playroom but also has great couches for watching movies and shows. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, pots, and etc. we needed for our week long visit. A wonderful bowl of treats, a bottle of wine, and freshly ground local coffee beans were an unexpected surprise. Also, the hot tub is well kept and nice and hot upon arrival, and the location is incredibly convenient for all the activities we did within a 30 mile radius! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Book this property! We (two families including 4 adults and 3 teens) stayed four nights here while in the area for a lacrosse tournament at the Air Force Academy. The house had plenty of room for all of us to have our own space or to be together. It was super clean, wonderfully decorated and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do in the Colorado Springs area. This is a true home away from home supplied with everything you might need. No "starter" supplies here. It was stocked with snacks, cleaning supplies, shampoo etc. The nice bottle of wine left was a thoughtful gesture too! We will look to book this property again when we come back to the area. Thanks for a great stay Ashley and family!

We loved our stay! My kids loved the bowl of provided snacks! Comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. Very clean! Well stocked and plenty of room. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The manager was very helpful with arranging trip
requests, receptive to our needs and she offered up some great spots to include in our visit.

We enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs, the views from the deck, beautiful weather and seeing deer every day were highlights. There was plenty of room for all in the home and we enjoyed family game and movie nights. The provided bowl of snacks in the kitchen was also greatly appreciated.

Beautiful house, wonderful location, owners were on top of things. Lots of wildlife to watch. Perfect for our large group of mostly teenagers and the parents. We absolutely loved the hot tub with a view and the air hockey table.

Everything was great with the place. Didn’t want to leave a negative review, But they accused us of smoking in there. We cooked bacon the morning we left and were rushed bc the cleaners showed up half an hour early. So in the rush of last minute making sure we had everything ready, the bacon burnt. the smell was strong so they accused us of smoking in a room we never even stepped in.
Also, bleach was left in washing machine and ruined $200 worth of clothes. They acknowledged it and apologized, but that was it.

If you are looking for a home that is comfortable enough for a large family, well appointed and convenient to everything that makes Colorado Springs special…this is the place! We had a private event at the Flying W Ranch and this was literally five minutes from the venue. We also had a number of family events to get to in Black Forest, as well as southern Colorado Springs and found this to be absolutely perfectly located. It’s set in a quiet and safe neighborhood but convenient to any amenities you could possibly need. Everything worked and the home was well stocked. Our hosts were extremely responsive and super helpful. Great find!!! We will stay here again as we come back home to the Springs often.

For anyone with friends or family that needs 3 bedrooms or more, the layout of the house was perfect.
We could all gather on the first floor to eat meals and hangout.
Great downstairs play space and master bedroom suite upstairs.
Everyone had their own space, and we felt at home.

Clean, new and modern. Pretty views of mountains and lovely sunrises. Close to good retail. Quiet. Lots of room with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3 common areas on 3 floors. Very responsive, helpful and pleasant landlord lives next door. Would go back again happily.

Looking for a place to stay in COS? Look no further because this house has it all. We loved our stay here over Thanksgiving week. There is so much room and the house is very cozy. Location is great. The view is beautiful, especially at night. You will have amazing sunsets and sunrises. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bathrooms are well stocked with hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are very comfortable. The times I had questions for the owner, he responded to my messages through the VRBO app right away. Be sure and eat at Front Range Barbecue while here.

We loved staying here! The house is warm and inviting, in immaculate condition and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck in the morning as well as relaxing in the evening in the family room with the gas fireplace. Safeway is just a few minutes away and we were able to cook dinner in the fully furnished kitchen. Owners were incredibly responsive and communication with them was excellent. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

The house was exactly as listed! Super clean, beautiful home with tons of space! Only about a 10-15 min drive to places to eat and shop. We can down for hiking and the house is located super close to the Garden of the Gods! The owners were very helpful with several food recommendations when I asked!! I would highly recommend staying here and will most definitely be back!
