This home was so homey and comfortable!!! It he beds were amazing we normally are totally uncomfortable in hotel bed and we slept like babies!!!! Great location

Beautiful home! Feels refreshing as soon as you walk in. Very clean, comfy beds and tons of room to relax.

Overall we had a great experience in this house. The neighborhood is quiet and it had plenty of space for everyone. The living room space was great- lots of seating for everyone and very comfortable. We had trouble getting the elock to work because the door would stick but the local was super quick to help and easy to get a hold of. We did notice a few things that could use updates. The towel rack in the master bathroom fell off the wall when we touched it, the curtains in the small room were broken, the hot water in the small shower made a high pitch squeal for the first 5 minutes when turned on, one of the towels on the master had mascara stains, and the toilets had dirt rings. We have stayed in Vacasa before and we were surprised that this home didn’t have a sign out front to help us find it, all of the home look really similar so a sign would have been great to help us find it.

The house was a perfect space, the host was super responsive, and location is local to everything!

We’ve used VRBO for at least 10 years and this was fortunately and unfortunately our most unpleasant experience. There were water leaks, sink backed up in the primary bath, oven did not work, Television connection was horrible, dead frogs in the laundry, patio furniture was old and Rusty, and the owner let strangers come me to home into the attached garage without our giving notice-it was alarming for a stranger to show up and rummage through the home. We requested a refund but was only provided a small compensation. It’s unfortunate that as a renter you have little control over the contract-it’s one sided.

I stay in this house for a week for business with my crew and it was great. The house is fully equipped, nicely decorated and conveniently located in the north Dallas area. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. VACASA assistant was inmediate and accurate when any question/situation happened. For instance front door padlock was low battery and they fixed remotely. I'll definetely book it again.
