Yes it should be a llittle bit better . Try to improve on cleanliness of room.

The location is walking distance to pavillion.

2 big dorsett building but come with only 1 small parking lot..if no slot you need to park at the side open space parking at your own risk. Towels and bedsheet have stains

The Dorsett residence is in an excellent location. It’s walking distance within Pavilion, KLCC and within the Golden Triangle.

The washer and dryer in the room was not functioning properly, it can wash but not dry. It took us 24 hours to work out the dryer was not working at all. So we have to hang the clothings up to dry. A bit inconvenient considering some facilities are tad bit on the older side.

waited for 1 hour for the room to be ready. When checked in, the room floor were still wet from the mopping, smell bad too. Cleaner didnt check the dirty microwave that has leftover food from previous tenant.

Got ants all over the floor, kitchen and bedroom. Bedsheet & blanket got unpleasant stain. 2 bedroom only provide slipper for one room. Raised request via QR code but no body attend to the request.

the people how where working there where amazing so helpful even the helpdesk. room was great everything you need in one place.

the extra cost for swimming pool and car parking that should be free or included in the hotel rate.
