I enjoyed the fire pit and the atmosphere

The staff was great. The live music and fire pit was super nice and relaxing.
The pillows are terrible.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient. The moment you walk into the lobby you are transformed to the beach. Ocean air, beautiful decor, and you are greeted with smiling faces. You can’t help but feel relaxed and ready to start your holiday.
Gatlinburg has so much traffic making it difficult to exit by vehicle.
