Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. They did what I requested. Pool was big. Clean and comfortable stay

Very hot in the room even with the a/c on high fridge did not get/keep anything cold would keep turning off

The location was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very dated and extremely warm and dry. The hallways reeked of pot. If cigarette smoking isn’t allowed pot shouldn’t be either.

No Breakfast over weekend even though I choose this hotel because they have breakfast option. They don't have housekeeping after 2 PM. I needed housekeeping to setup the sofa bed for my kids, but we were told we need to set up ourselves. Sof bed is small for 16 years old and 9-year-old kids.

We stay at this hotel often and love it! The only thing we feel needs improvement is the seating in the pool area. There are only a couple tables with a few chairs and the lounge chairs are so sunken it’s difficult to get in and out. It’s a bit of a challenge for the older people in our family, especially when the few “normal” chairs are taken.

All in all, I had a very good stay. If im in town again I'll definately try to stay here again.

Mediocre hotel at best. TV would fade from bright screened to very dark. The cabinet to the safe was completely off it's hinges when you'd try to pen it. The pipe connecting to the shower head was very loose and would swivel when trying to just adjust the aim of the water. Kids running up and down the hallway. At one point one of the kids heated up a honey bun in the communial microwave causing the fire alarm to go off. Needless to say I won't be staying here again.

The room was nice and plenty of room for two people. The bed was ok but not great. The big issue was the thermostat in the room had no numbers on it. Just warmer or colder. We would get hot and turn it down and get cold.

The pool was filthy. You could not see to the bottom when looking down because it was so dirty. Employees were very nice, the place just needs a good scrubbing and some much needed updates.

It was great! I do wish the bar was open later than 10, because when we got back from our event, we really wanted to have a nightcap.
While they don’t have room service on the weekends, they do compile breakfast bags which is nice.

Stayed with for a night when visiting family in the area. Very clean. People were pleasant. Wish we had time for the pool!

Delightful staff. Great check in. Had a bit of trouble with the key card and the maintenance man was cheerful, helpful and on the spot almost immediately. Quiet and spacious room. Bathroom is a little tight for two people. Good rate. I'd stay here again.

Our grandchildren loved the pool! Our breakfast was delightful… cloth tablecloth and napkins. Excellent staff in the restaurant and the check in. Gabriel was wonderful….. even though it only his second day!! We will return!

We were only there for one night but we picked the right place. We made a last minute reservation and the location was convenient ,front desk was friendly and attentive and the hotel was clean. It was the first time we ever took our dog to the hotel and he was right at home.

It was very hard for me to find the location, but I called and the person at the desk helped me to find the building. There was nothing really outstanding outside to indicate where the building was.
To me the bed was not comfortable- I have issues with arthritis and it was not comfortable at all.

Overall it was okay. The outside definitely gives more depressing vibes, there was no microwave in the room so had to use the microwave in the lobby. The beds are very noisy and firm.

The rooms are not in the best shape - no fan in the bathrooms - steams up easily; beds are of very poor quality and vibrate with the slightest motion of your partner - was very difficult to sleep, had to change the room, but the bed in the other room was just as bad.

Very clean, only bad said it said with breakfast. When i went down to ask about breakfast they said oh sorry but the restaurant opens at 3pm but we have a brown paper bag breakfast to go. I was WHAT TF. Only bad thing. Need to update the no breakfast

Pool area is so nice but there is nowhere to sit. Lounge chairs are horrible and there is very little plastic chair/table seating. Need major updating of pool furniture.

The staff were very nice & helpful. The restaurant was great (needs a bit of updating in the banquette seating area.) The room was clean but the lighting in all respects needs improvement. The bathroom in particular especially lacking which makes doing make-up a challenge.

The indoor pool is very nice if your family likes swimming. The room was comfortable. Its an older hotel but very clean.
