The light in the bathroom didn’t work and when we told them they told us they couldn’t fix it until the day we were checking out mind you we checked in on a Thursday and checked out on Saturday

I arrived and they told me that there was no room available, even though the room was already reserved.

My room was great! It was very clean and had all that I needed.

This place badly needs a total renovation. As well as better soundproofing. The beds were like sleeping in a hole, sofa sleeper was impossible to sleep on (more like in). The beds were very uncomfortable. I slept better in the car driving home than I did in those beds. The entire property shows serious signs of neglect. Hot / cold faucet controls in shower were switched. No garbage cans in room. No breakfast. Would have to ask for a coffee maker for the room. Finally, the key cards were canceled before we even checked out.
I’ve stayed at all the hotels in the immediate area and this one is by far the worst. Fortunately I had Key Cash to pay for the room, because real money would have been wasted. Hotel staff was unfriendly. We received more glares of “are you going to bother me” than anything else. What a dump.

The property has a lot of pets on premises. They mention a light breakfast which should just say breakfast snack because they only have blueberry muffins and granola bars. They had no coffee cream or regular sugar for the 2 days that I was there. The surrounding hotels have full breakfast for the same price. Really was a disappointment.

Don’t fall in trap for ‘breakfast included’ in total fare. They only provide muffins, tea and coffee.

I never stayed this hotel kind of disgusting accomidation.
Jest name sakem there is a complimental breakfast, there is nothing elase during the time. They just provide some bars, black cofee without milk and few muffins.
Accomidaion: Carpet is very sticky, No proper cleaning, no vesals and spoons though there is kitchen. There is sofa bed, but tha also namesake migh be 20years old beds. Need to change the stuff and required to renovate.
Ovel all this facelity is 30years old, I recommand just avoid this for stay.

Very dirty and smelly hallways and in the room. My white socks were black after 2 nights stay. The shower spray was good however and tub in good condition and not dirty.

When we checked in, they said they had no rooms that were clean because their cleaning staff doesn't work on weekends. Then they found us a room. We walked in and it wasn't too bad, just very outdated. We opened the pullout couch in the room with one double and one pullout sleeper sofa.... There was dried vomit and blood all over it. My husband had to sleep in the chair while I slept on the bed with my children sideways. It was disgusting. The front desk said they had no other rooms clean available and I could call corporate to complain.

They were very understanding and kind. Since the holiday held our rental for a extra day, we had to check out and wait in the lobby for 3 hours until our car rental got there. So thank you from the Hill family and we will always come to that location when we are in Lombard, ILL.

Staff was friendly but there was no standard housekeeping, had take the trash out. Nothing was supplied in the kitchen so it was not easy to cook or eat in room. Only saw one roach

Amanda was welcoming, Susan was helpful, and Vilma ensured things went smoothly during our stay. The staff at extended stay exhibited qualities that would make anybody feel confident about their time and choice to book a room at this location.

The hotel rooms had a smell, although I had non smoking rooms both rooms smelled like smoke. The TV didn’t work in one room and never got service to fix it, there where a million ants crawling around in my room. I had to wait for a while for the issue to be rectified! Then I was given a handicap room in which I didn’t ask for.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Even though it’s an extended stay place we were only there about 8 hours but I needed a cheap room for a family of six and this fit the bill perfectly. Recommend.

The staff and location were wonderful. But if you’re going to provide a full kitchen in the room, have cookware/dishes in the room without needing to request them!!! In my room the couch was broken and unsittable. Probably not the case for most rooms, but an unfortunate oversight. Since it’s an “extended stay” concept, the tv and bathroom sink counter could be a tad bigger.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, I was told that the room was not available. I was given a room with one queen and a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, the end of it was against a wall, meaning that the person in the queen bed would have to climb over it if they got up in the night! That would not work, so we tried to close the bed. Had to call maintenance for help. I let my guest have the queen bed, and I slept on the sofa. Will not being staying there again!!

Ivy at the front desk was wonderful. There was an issue with the first room I was given and she handled it with a smile on her face also changed the room and was very apologetic.

I had to switch rooms 3 times because they continued to mess our rooms up. The first rooms were dirty and had trash bags filled with trash. The fridge raider was filled with spoiled food. However, the staff was helpful in trying to get us new rooms.

Room was dirty. Had no towels. Had no blankets. There was beer bottle caps on the floor. Change on the table. Used soap left in the bathroom. Disgusting. Never will stay.

I reserved the room for my son to stay one night because he does not have a credit card. He was to pay at check-in. However, when there to check-in and paying with CASH he was told he couldn't pay with cash. He had no other form if payment to use. So they would not let him check-in because of cash payment. I have a pending charge on my credit card for a one night stay that didn't happen. I hope the pending charge is dropped from my card because your hotel would NOT allow him to check in with cash! Really, the last I heard cash WAS a legal tender. I do not see anywhere on the website that says cash is not allowed.

I never checked in on Friday and when I called Saturday morning I was told my room was canceled because I didn’t show up by 6pm on Friday. I didn’t get off work until 7 Friday evening and I had to drive from Wisconsin. I paid up front so I’m not sure exactly what they would be losing out on if the room was already paid in full. Called to get at least one night off my funds back and they claimed managers don’t work on the weekends and to call back.

The service desk staff are excellent, I was not happy with the breakfast that was provided during out stay. I wish they will do better on that. The room we stayed in was dirty, there were wrappers of granola bar that was left behind the entrance door. Other than that, everything looks good.

I've stayed at Extended Stays before but this was the worst one. In short, no one every came to clean my room. No one ever brought me new towels. No one ever took out the trash. I had to put all my trash in the hallway. I stayed there for 6 day!!!! No service at all!
