The room and common areas were clean. The common areas were in dire need of refurbishment. The breakfast was very basic.

The GM was very helpful and kind, Nicolas and (I forgot the other gentleman’s name—apologies) delivered exceptional customer service as always!

Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is a bit run down (a few things weren’t working in our room so they had to move us twice), but it served its purpose (staff was very kind and accommodating as well as understanding). They apologized for the a/c not working in our room the first night. Our family just needed to spend 2 nights in town before our final destination. My kids wished there was a pool (but their disappointment is my fault because I didn’t check that when I booked the hotel; I only checked for “free breakfast” and you know when you have kids, that’s important).

My recent stay at your hotel had a few shortcomings that I believe could be improved. The size of the washroom and living room was quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
Additionally, I encountered a few insects in both the washroom and living room. Addressing any pest control issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.
There seemed to be an unusual sensation while using the elevator, almost like a shrinking space. It would be beneficial to have the elevator inspected for smooth operation.

Not so impressed. We had to change our room due to loud equipment noises them loved to another room where we heard barking dogs all night

This place was great! The bed was extra comfy. Check-in and out was a breeze. I got the rest that I needed and felt refreshed by the time I checked out. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom door and shower were kind of dirty but I wore shower shoes. There was a little mold starting to grow in the shower and the lights in the bathroom were really dim. Also, the carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. Lol. None of these were deal breakers for me. It was just what I needed. Oh! And I appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room. Most places don't have them these days. I may make this a monthly staycation! :-)

On the first night, customer service was fine. Person at desk was great. However, the two days, the staff was below average at best. One lady was on the phone while at check out. Wasn't pleasant. Room had outdated tables. Bathroom was fine. I would say the whole experience was average at best. Only go here if there is a discount. Do not purchase for full price. Only discount

I would come back again simply for the customer service. Nicholas was an excellent host and very helpful. Didn’t like the wake up call as I did not ask for it, told the receptionist but i still got the cal the next day.

The location and access was good. The employees were kind and helpful. Our room, on the first floor, lacked the black out curtains. Only had sheers. The bathroom fan was ridiculously loud. There was a spot for a reading chair but no chair. Sunday breakfast, they were running out of things. I did use the treadmill and bike in the gym. That room was fine.

Mimi is a welcoming receptionist! She helped me with a room change that met my expectations and was understanding to my needs. The floor staff are also friendly and are happy to help with accommodations. One of the best hotels in metro Atlanta for the value!

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions for business trips in the past. The location is excellent and generally speaking, it has been a positive experience. But I am sad to say that this trip was a disappointment. The bed linens and towels were clean, but the room, itself, was NOT! The carpet was filthy and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all after the previous guest. The dresser top, desktop, and counters had a film all over the top apparently from using a dirty rag to clean them. And to top it all off, I went to put a few things in the dresser drawers and they were SO FILTHY I had to scrub them myself before putting anything into them.
I will give this hotel one more chance because I have had better experiences in the past. Perhaps in this instance, it was just a poor maid service on the floor I was assigned. But if my next experience is similar, I will be looking for different accommodations during future business trips.

It was a pet friendly place,they charge a high fee for pet&outside dog area needed cleaning.also outside over all was trashy.Breakfast wasnt all that.hotel room needs remodeling.3rd floor had a weird smell.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were not very clean and the sheets really need to be replaced. There were stains, and other things going on.

this hotel is is aging rapidly. The funny thing was that the pillows on the king bed on a king bed, even four 2 x 2 pillows the second day the pillows smelled and that’s it for me.

Out of 4 days of stay, I was not able toget good nigh sleep for 2 days. After asking the staff to help, they finally gave another room. Hard to convence the staff to move the room and had to suffer thru.

The only complaint I have is, there was hair in the bathroom sink. Not just 1 strand, but multiple strands.
Overall we enjoyed our room and we were very comfortable.

We had to come in town very suddenly and the facilities and staff at comfort suites made our trip in town. Absolutely amazing! The beds were comfortable and everything from the dining area to the hallways to our room was super clean. If we’re back in town again, we will definitely stay there!.

This was a great stay, check in was so easy. The room was extremely clean (and cool). The bed ab=nd pillows were amazing. The ice machine worked and there were snacks.

Blanket was VERY dirty! Only one wash cloth in the bathroom. One ice machine for 3 floors. The eggs at breakfast were not edible. I’ve stayed in $80 hotels that were cleaner and had better amenities. Will not stay here again.
