Comfort Suites Alpharetta-Roswell - Atlanta Area

Room was well appointed, bed very comfortable, Loved the view, felt like I was in a tree house, very quiet. Breakfast was good, pretty standard.

Keys wouldn't open the door & I had to go back down to have them redone. Even then, only one of the key cards worked to unlock the door.

Nice breakfast. Lady working breakfast was extremely nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Carpet in room was dirty. It needed to be shampooed.

The beds were comfortable and we were glad that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. As we entered and left we would say hello and goodbye but usually did not get a reply from the staff. we were basically ignored. Our room was supposed to be accessible but there was a tub and the seat that goes inside the tub was sort of a mess like it had been on fire and melted. I am glad that they were bars to hold onto, but a true accessible hotel room would’ve had a walk-in shower not a tub. In our bathroom the paint was peeling off of all of the walls and there was a smell as soon as you got off of the elevator that you could smell throughout the hallway. There always seemed to be sign that there was cleaning going on but you never saw anyone actually cleaning. And it was near the hall door.
