Do not book a room here, smell of natural gas going to the room, response from the desk, we have CO 2 detectors. What!!!!. And the room, was what was expected out of a Super 8, however the smell from the A/C-Heater unit smelled disgusting I almost threw up. We checked out about 30 minutes after check in. Avoid this Super 8 at all costs.

Got here on Thursday and was able to get the room for Thursday night thru Monday. Tried to get into our room on Friday and key wouldn't work. Went to front desk and person working there was really rude and asked where we "found" the key. Didn't want to reprogram key for our room because someone hadnt checked us in correctly or so he said. Our problem how?

Room clean & smelled clean too big plus in my book Bed was clean smelling and crisp comfortable. Check in was terrific Had a great nights sleep Will definitely stay again when in the area This will be my go to hotel Great job Super8northlake

Wow great customer service. Rooms smelled fresh and clean, nice to walk in with a smiling face awaiting to check us in. Will stay here again when in the area Stores within walking distance. Plus shopping TJ max , Burlington coat factory … grocery huge store .. that place has everything Just a all around great clean place to stay

Overall stay was ok, please keep in mind that airport shuttle is free only for check in and check out. If u need to go to airport for anything else they will charge you $ 10 one way.

electric outlets were in bad shape. it said shuttle service from the airport. when I arrived I was told shuttle stopped at 10 pm so I had to pay a taxi!

Overall this place was awful. Everything was broken and dirty the room smelled so bad it seeped into our clothes. One of the staff decided to stand directly next to our open window and smoke and watch loud videos in the middle of the night.

They are trying to be Wyndham quality, but this is an Old property that has been neglected. carpeting was old and dingy and wet in several areas. Mattress was on its last legs - some Very Heavy people have used it often. No services. We checked out early because our business had concluded, but the property didn't make us want to stay.

My shuttle ride was very late (another driver from another Super 8 said "oh yeah, she's always late" so I guess this happens a lot.) the piece of wood that kept the window in my room shut was scary, the breakfast was about 8 uncovered donuts on a table in front of the main entry way. The blankets on the bed were so thin I couldn't feel them. But the staff were helpful at least.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!! It had bed bugs, I got lots of bed bug bites!!! And roaches! and the room was dirty! It was loud I couldn’t sleep! And it was smelly! I had asked to change rooms but the other room was even worse! I had to leave after a few days and asked for a refund!!!

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very polite and upbeat! The only "Complaint" I have is that I didn't have good cell service (which I'm sure they can't do anything about it) and the WIFI in the hotel wasn't good

Property was fairly convenient but is located on a major roadway, so traffic sounds were noisy. Walls are thin, so did not sleep well due to snoring neighbor on one side and a loud couple on the other side. Hotel is under construction, so hopefully this will include room updates, as the room was quite outdated. Front desk staff were friendly.

Rooms are terrible. They say they're remodeling but handles are all falling off. Couldn't turn off shower because handle fell off. Sink handles are loose. Bedding was absolutely nasty. Floors were creaky and a plank broke under my foot.

It was a horrifying development. First the airport service was cancelled with no notice so we had to call an Uber. We we get there, a horrible odor was everywhere. After a while, we realized it was bug bombs. Beds were in the hallways so I'd say bedbugs more than anything. We've bagged all of our clothes and will have to wash them if not through them out. The bedroom window was broken and wouldn't lock. Reception said that some windows were that way that's why there is a stick in the window to keep them closed!!! We feared for our safety and health. We also brought up the fact that our neighbors talked all night and the smell of marijuana permeated our room. We barricaded our door with our luggage and took turns staying up. We couldn't afford to go elsewhere and were leaving early in the morning. The reception mentioned that they do have problems with people staying there and smoking all night long with cigarettes and pot. This was truly a nightmare motel experience.
