The checkin process put me off. The door was locked when I arrived. The attendants saw me and spoke to me through the locked door instead of opening it to speak to me. My bathroom sink leaked.

My reservation was canceled. Did not stay there. Very disappointed. Expected reservation was safe. Apparently not. Hotel was over booked and we lost our reservation.

I walked into the place and was waited on immediately. The clerk was really kind and I have no ill words to say towards her at all. She charged me $100 for 'incidentals' which I'm familiar with and had no issues with. The room was not what the pictures show. The TV was 1/4 the size of the pictured TV, the closet was missing the sliding doors and the fridge had dings and dents all in it. The next morning i took a cold shower because there was no hot water. I didn't have time to complain because i needed to leave AND no one was at the desk when I left. Somehow I did not receive my $100 back when I left the room just as it was when I arrived (I even took my garbage with me). My guess is they're charging me for the damaged refrigerator. I'd steer clear of this entire chain if the rest are like this one. $83 on Hotels.com, $100 for 'incidental' minus $38.15 I was 'refunded' makes the final cost of a below average room $144.81 which I could have spent for a Hilton.

Never stayed due to an unknowledgeable employee..... asked me for papers for my service dog... and told me i need to pay for them...

Charged me a 100 incidental said returned didn't. Refused to return the money or look into attempted to charge me twice for it the night of booking. Only returned one after arguing for 15 minutes

Arrived to c/i and the fd clerk was on the phone talking to someone about not knowing what to do not having enough rooms etc then was rude to the guy in front of us and refused him a walk in room saying they didn’t have enough rooms then it was our turn she told us it has “been a day let me tell you” ok unprofessional there (I used to be a gm for a major hotel chain for years) I informed her that we had a service animal she started to take an attitude requesting for a service animal card - 1) I informed them I had a service animal when reservation was made & 2) I explained it is illegal to ask for documentation you can only ask to questions she argued with me I even pulled up the law on this she refused to look at it said her boyfriend has a service animal and knows the laws well obviously she does not. She even asked what medical condition it provided for I said you can’t ask that with but the animal is trained to detect my boyfriends seizures and to calm him down when he senses one coming on. Now I didn’t have to explain that but she kept saying I don’t care my boyfriend has a service dog I know I’m not checking you in without papers. I called hotels.com they felt so bad for the discrimination on my boyfriend disability they gave us all our money back despite the hotel refusing to refund the room. I will be contacting a lawyer on our options as this discrimination was so horrible & I told her that she didn’t care she said even the woman behind us had a busted pipe in room &

It was ok, nothing spectacular.move from my apartment trying to find permanent place. Service was fine, Room had a leak under bathroom pipes. The bed is DISCUSSING II REALLY WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK. THE MATTRESS AND COVER IS BLOOD. .I HAVE BEEN SPENDING MY MONEY FOR OFFER 15 DAYS, AND ALSO FOUND OUT THE ROOM IS CHEAPER THAN WHAT I AM CHARGED

Although there were many elements that were disappointing about my stay, the most infuriating part was that I picked this location based on the advertised gym only to find out after check-in that they do not have a gym and never had a gym. The desk attendant seemed aware that they have false advertising out there and no effort was made to take responsibility for this fact.

One burner in the kitchenette didn’t work and our tub didn’t drain. There was garbage on the ground in the parking lot.
The bed was comfortable and the air/heat worked well. We brought our elderly dog and were told upon check-in that dogs sre not allowed in the elevators. This was a problem because he cannot go up stairs anymore. I wish this would have been on their website, but after discussion with the general manager, who was very nice, he allowed us to bring the dog on the elevator as long as there was no one else in it.
Probably would not stay there again, although it was adequate for our stay while visiting my son, daughter-in-law and newborn grandson.

Easy parking was a plus, but our overnight stay fell short. The room had a musty smell, outdated decor, and a pull-out bed that was uncomfortable due to springs and lack of linens. Breakfast offered only mini muffins and expired bars with no water or ice available. The intermittent heating disrupted our sleep. Limited amenities and no assistance compounded the disappointment. We couldn’t use the pull-out, forcing us to share the bed. Overall, a disappointing experience that made us eager to leave.

The property is very quiet. But they REALLY NEED RENOVATIONS, NEW APPLIANCES , AND LIGHTING IN THE HALLWAY. .THE SURROUNDING AREA IS VERY WELL KEPT & CLEAN & THE STAFF IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND CARING HOWEVER CLEANLINESS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF EVERYTHING & PLAYS A BIG ROLE.

It is across the street from a small park, nice for walking your dog, has a nice exercise area. The place is clean, the staff lovely, the maintenance minimal. It has a kitchen which is good but which is empty, unless you request pots and plates etc, because they say, guests steal everything. No night table next to my bed (though there was a light). faucet driped, handle fell off door in my sister'sroom.

The room was not clean and had a strong smell of chlorine. The room was freezing and it took about two hours to warm up. The kitchen counter was dirty and the bathroom had hair as well as the bed.

Front desk person was helpful. But Roach in the bathroom. Dirty drawers. Sticky mess on the counter. Sloppy repairs. Moldy loose caulking around tub. Threadbare towels. Joke of a breakfast even for “grab and go.” $100 security deposit—did the really think I would steal those rags they called towels? Send $15 dollars more and stay in a real hotel.

Hotel is advertised with breakfast included, is a complete lied.. NO BREAKFAST!! NONE.. Barely coffee to go. , a deposit 💵 is a MUST for all reservations.. be aware .. No housekeeping available unless requested .. quiet area, clean room, clean sheets , warm water & cheap motel.. not what is advertised, but good for a night sleep and go !

I can’t find the right word to describe the sloppiness of this hotel. I checked in after midnight. I was exhausted after a very long flight so I crashed into the bed. I woke up to find hair in the couch and toothpaste marks in the sink which proves me that the room was not clean after the last guest checked out. I called the front desk to ask for another room but the I was told they were understaffed as only one person was assigned to clean 33 rooms. The front desk did ask me to come pick up cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. The floor and the fridge looked filthy. You might think I was in a third world country. Believe it or not this hotel is located at the heart of Horsham, an upscale suburb of Philadelphia. Quite frankly, this hotel should be shut down for a total renovation. Water was leaking all night long.

I was very disappointed in the suite. Holes in door and furniture falling apart.
The room was clean but was unfortunately not ready when we got there at 3. Couldn't get back to 9 and had to change at friends house.

Sticky bathroom floor and stains on the sheets and carpets. Unpleasant pet urine smell in hallway and cooking smells in room. Shower didn’t work, and we had to get ready for a wedding in my brother’s hotel room at the hotel we should’ve stayed in.
