Ogni appartamento dispone di 3 camere da letto (6 letti singoli), 1 bagno, una zona soggiorno con balcone e una cucina.
Inoltre c'è una terrazza sul tetto condivisa con docce e lettini per godersi il Mediterraneo!
Gli appartamenti sono dotati delle stesse attrezzature e arredi: WIFI, aria condizionata / riscaldamento, pavimenti in legno, TV, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, forno a microonde, bollitore, caffettiera, utensili da cucina, asciugacapelli ...
L'edificio si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalle Ramblas e dal centro storico. La stazione della metropolitana più vicina è Paralel (L2 - la linea viola e L3 - la linea verde).
Molti supermercati, tapas bar, mercati freschi, panetterie, caffetterie, bancomat, negozi e farmacie della zona.
Ottimo posto per godersi Barcellona come cittadino.

We were a group of nine family members (ranging in ages from 12-70 years old) who stayed for three nights before our cruise. I booked two apartments and paid a little more to have the apartments on the same floor which worked out perfectly and was worth the extra money. We took taxis from the airport and had no issues getting to the apartment. I already had the digital key app set up on my phone prior to our arrival (directions were emailed to me and were easy to follow). *note, if you book multiple apartments, you will access the digital keys using different email addresses that you provide.
The apartments were very clean, as pictured, and the beds were comfortable. The AC and washing machines were a plus and made our stay even more pleasant.
There is nice sized rooftop terrace with lounge chairs we enjoyed one afternoon (you just have to ignore all of the cigarette butts on the ground).
There is a small market a few doors down from the apartment that was convenient to have.
Location of the apartment was great and walking distance to many common areas of Barcelona. There is also a train station right around the corner.
It did get very loud at night out on the street (which is no fault of the apartment).
The day we departed; we took taxis to the cruise terminal which was a short drive away.
The host was easy to get a hold of before and during our stay.
All in all, we had a great stay in Barcelona and would highly recommend this property.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our large group. We had two apartments with six people in each and couldn’t be more satisfied with the amount of space, cleanliness, and surrounding neighborhood. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the rooftop views were fantanstic.

what a place, what a location. We arrived with 12 persons and everything was perfect, awesome house and everything was clean and the people were very helpfull and always there when we needed. awesome house for groups who want to explore Barcelona

We enjoyed this location close to two different Metro stops and walking distance from Montjuic park/paths/castle etc. The place was clean. It was tight with 5 of us. We wished it was more equipped for us to prepare meals for our two families (two apartments), but was certainly a good stay. We recommend this property and management group.
