Everything was ok. Toilet kept running. Needs adjusting. Some stains on the bathroom wall

Stay was alright but on the first night after visiting with our friends in their room my sister, my 8month old and myself went back to our room. Upon arrival our key would not work. We went down to the lobby to get some assistance with a new key. After ringing the bell several times and also calling out no one came. We finally informed our friend that we may need to stay with them after our friends even attempted to ring the front desk for help. Finally we had to go back behind the desk to the office area where the clerk was asleep and we gently tapped him to awake him so he could get us a new key. He was very apologetic and we weren’t angry wi the him but it was a little concerning thinking of the what ifs of an unmanned lobby where anyone could have come in. Not to mention not having access to our belongings and our rooms with a sleepy and cranky 8 month old.

Won’t be staying here again. One of the two elevators was out with no apparent effort to repair it. Pool area was closed down also again, with no apparent effort to repair (if it was even in need of repair). I was told it had been closed off for more than two weeks. Kudos to the owner for not disclosing it because I would have booked elsewhere if I had known. This way, they were able to high gross me and still didn’t have to provide the amenities as advertised. Breakfast was also a ruse. They had it, but nothing anyone would want. Pancake maker was broken, no eggs, no bacon, etc., etc. there did appear to be some stale biscuits and gravy but couldn’t bring myself to be putting what I saw in my body. On the plus side, the room was clean.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and "BAMMER" it was closed, we should have stayed with the neighbors across the street at "Hampton Inn & Suites"

Hotel was pretty dirty..toilet paper had hairs on it and bed had lots of hairs too!!

The check-in process was quick and easy. I had a requested a ground floor room with a king bed. All that was left was a king bed with Jacuzzi. She upgraded me to that for my original rate. The room was neat and clean, very comfortable. My only issue was the shower door seemed to allow too much water on the floor causing a slipping hazard plus had to use towels to dry it.

The pool and hot tub were closed and there was no notice. I booked our stay here expecting to enjoy some time in the pool and hot tub. I was very disappointed.

The exterior actually looked deserted because of lack of maintenance! The lobby and common area were only slightly better.

I got in around 9:30 pm instead of calling me in advance to tell me the air was out in my room they waited till I unloaded our luggage and went to the front desk which I was then told air was out and we have you a room across the street (at the Hampton) so we loaded everything back up and headed across the street. At the Hampton everyone was nice and the room was nice. Until 11 the next morning they called the room stating we had to get out and go back across the street they had that room rented. Called back stating wait Holiday Inn had given our room away the only room the Hampton had available was a single with King bed…..which I paid for a double for there were 2 of us staying in the room. Hampton was very apologetic and unsure what was going on with Holiday Inn, but I’m very disappointed in the Holiday Inn and their professionalism!!! That weekend was stressful

My stay was for 2 days. My door cards would not work after coming back from a long day outside. Was told they get reset if by electronic devices. Electronic devices are everywhere!!! Not bacon for breakfast either day, although trays were labeled with bacon. No a sausage type person. A/C was completely shut off and my room was hot when I checked in. Took quite some time to cool down. Only had about 5 tissues in the box in my bathroom when I checked in. For the amount of money I spent, seems like service would be better.

The room was clean. The hotel was convenient. It was a holiday weekend and a bit busier than usual. There was only 1 front desk clerk and she was slammed with people waiting, phone ringing, taking calls, a computer that locked up and dealing with guests who wanted her to find them another hotel because the pool was closed. I was the second person waiting and it took about 15 minutes for me to get up to the counter to check in. The clerk was very professional throughout all of her interactions, but she should not have been alone. I returned to the front desk later to get another set of towels, and again later for sodas, and each time she was on lengthy phone calls and was still by herself, taking a few minutes to help me.
We stayed one night, and didnt get much sleep because whoever was directly above us had kids jumping off the bed and thumping our ceiling until well after midnight. Not one of our best hotel experiences recently.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. They had computer issues that left all people with paid reservations in their lobby unable to check in for several hours. No manager arrived to begin trying to help for over an hour. The desk clerk actually hid in a back office for over 30mins without giving any of us any sort of update. Upon finally getting into a room I was told that all cable and Wi-Fi services were down. Unless you want to stare at four walls for hours while the staff shrugs their shoulders......go elsewhere.

There were toenails on the bed and floor, wasn’t clean, sticky substance on the desk and an old sock behind the pillow and on the floor behind the chair, absolutely disgusting!

Upon initial check-in, I was told that the system was down and I was asked to delay my check-in by a half hour or so. We had numerous things to do in the Corsicana area, so we decided to accept the first delay. In the meantime we got the opportunity to do the first item on our list of things to do. When I came back about an hour later, was told the system was still down and to check-in in about an hour. We, me and my wife, did not accept the brush off but decided to go to the dining room to wait. After about 3 hours we decided to go up to the desk and see what my options were we given a substitute room. The room was too close to the elevator and kept my wife awake. So you can see that my experience was not good.

We had dead bugs in every corner, then at night more bugs came out. We paid for room with jetted tub it didn’t work. The pool was closed. Our room was by outside door that people used to come in and out you’ll get to sleep then door would slam. Very disappointed in this hotel. I told front desk did knock 20 percent off the room. Still didn’t feel like that was enough.

Excellent stay the only thing I can deduct a smile for was the dip in the middle of the mattress. Even so, it was a comfortable sleep.
People working here are personable, sweet and attentive.

Clean close to the highway. Check in was quick easy. Needed extra sheets for the pull out and they brought it up quickly! Comfortable and clean!

Check in was good. But keys ended up not working on second day of being there and there’s was no way to fix it due to not having maintenance person on the weekend . Room was ok . Bed was awful . Will not stay there again

I love this brand! Holiday Inn Express is my go to for hotel stays. This property was a little worn however but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly.
