Everything was excellent besides the A/C overall will stay again

Nice hotel

The rooms were very nice and it was very clean. My daughter loved the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls.

I totally understand that you have to clean, but I was woken up by someone vacuuming in the room above ours at 8:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep. We got in at 3 am from a softball tournament and I was hoping for at least one more hour of sleep. For almost 200$/night- I thought that was pretty expensive.

Superb

Room was nice and clean. Pool was cold but the kids didn't complain. Love the exercise room.

Keys had to be reprogrammed a few times. No biggie though.

Comfortable, clean stay...

The cleanliness and the spaciousness of the room

The TV was out during our whole stay. We were givem a 20% discount for the inconvenience. The pancake maker for breakfast was also not working.

I Will stay again next time I would just call the desk if I don’t have a dryer

No. Hair dryer. Only 3 coffees for 2 people. The packets of cream / sugar did not have anything to mix your coffee. Breakfast was great.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great staff was very cordial. Hotel location for me was great. Good location for all the restaurants.

To many noises at this place.

The location is near restaurants and easy access to the freeway.

The ac in my room made a lot of noises. The walls made noises. Then the people above me were super LOUD!! So loud that I called the front desk and complained about them. The guy said he would take a walk to check things out. An hour later the noises started up again!! Thankfully I had ear plugs! then at 8:30am the noises started again!! it was like the people were stomping and running. So RUDE!! They had no respect at all!! I thought about asking for a different room the night before, but I was already settled in for the night. My room was by a bright light outside. There aren’t any curtains on the windows. I figured out that there was a darker shade for night time. The front desk guy didn’t tell me that.

not happy at all with the poor service Saturday night no room available for our reservation

I was not able to stay at the hotel when we arrived to the property the person working the desk told us that they didn’t had a room available for us and they we’re not able to accommodate since we booked on booking.com he was not helpful at all and we had to go find another Hotel at 1am, still waiting for the cancellation refund

It worked nicely for our trip.

Everything was fine.

I didn't care for the breakfast. They should of had more choices for the meat and eggs. I cannot eat onions and peppers and sausages are iffy. That was our choice at least two of the days.
