Great place, right where we needed to be.

Overall good experience. Room was comfortable and clean. Everyone was nice. Breakfast was great.
Room was not ready at 3pm and had to end up switching rooms. Paid for room with whirlpool and first room did not have one. However, staff did correct it fast and easy.

I did not have breakfast.
The poop was closed. Pillows were awful and now my neck is sore.
The shower head needs to be changed. The water was not coming out thru the middle and water pressure was low.

Location worked well for us.
Stayed here before, but this time the property had a bad week. For reasons unknown, the elevator was inoperable at times, the pool was closed for mechanical issues, the sheets on the bed didn't fit, and some of the Front Desk Staff were having a bad week.
I'll stay here again, and write this off to the worst Texas heat in 100 years.

The room was dirty and uncomfortable. There were prostitutes lining the hallways. And there was a sketchy man that put his hands on me trying to secure my services while I was there with my children. He then followed us to our room.

Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room.
A little noisy as the doors tended to slam shut when people entered or exited their rooms

nice rooms and very open.
woke up around 7am tried to shower at around 730 but there was no hot water. tried again at 815am still no hot water. went to breakfast came back around 930 and there was some hot water but it could have been better. parking lot wasn’t event full

Service was good, people were friendly and professional.
Would have liked having at least the towels
replaced while we were out all day Saturday. An additional waffle grill would be great.

staff was amazing. The manager and housekeeping jenn and adriana were excellent people. Made me feel comfortable like home. Breakfast was so wonderful. Thanks so much
