Spotless. Comfortable bed and pillows. Microwave and good size fridge. Quiet. Sourel the breakfast area cleaner let me have toast after I missed breakfast. So kind! Good location too.

Basic overnight accommodations but everything was very clean. Sheets were soft, bed was comfortable, breakfast was neat and orderly. You could tell the place was well run and people took pride in their work. Hotel was just inside of a neighborhood off the freeway - very quiet.

Overall the stay was OK. We had issues with our toilet backing up since day one. Front desk offered us a plunger. On day 2, after calling the front desk twice, they sent maintenance and he snaked the toilet. That same afternoon, when we returned to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and was backing up with water. We called the front desk and again they offered us a plunger. After that failed to work we called again and asked what our options were as we were told the maintenance man was gone for the day (3:45pm) We were then offered another room. The new room was clean, but couldn’t get the hot water to work that evening in the shower when we tried around 10pm. Hot water worked the next morning.

I booked the room for 3 adults, and we only had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels , 1 wash cloth that was on the counter( not sure if used or not) . The air conditioner made noise and didn’t cool off the room .

The hotel is off the beaten path somewhat, but next to restaurants and a grocery store. It was quiet and clean in my opinion. I would go back.

Difficult to find. Located in the middle of a mostly residential area. Only one elevator and it is badly in need of maintenance. Bathroom has tiny bottles of shampoo; not hardly enough in there for one good hair washing. No bag for dirty clothes [always carry one with me]. At breakfast, one of the hotel employees was chatting with the other guests and he did not shut up for one solid minute...talked the entire time.

I love this place ! My son and his family moved to Sugar land 5 years ago. I come to visit once a year and always stay her . The staff is wonderful.

The water came out brown when I turned on the faucet. I let it run and by the time the hotel manager came and saw it; it was clear again… they switched my room… but still ! I wanted my money back and never got it! Horrible

The location was close to an event I was attending. Check-in and check-out was smooth. All of the staff I encountered were friendly. The hotel did offer breakfast (nothing extravagant), but it was good enough to start the day. My one complaint is that my room had a urine smell. I checked the room when I arrived and it was clean. I wiped and sprayed the room and floors with Lysol and purchased a plug-in, but there was still a urine smell. I don’t know if it was coming from the plumbing or what.

The breakfast was wonderful and tasty all 3 mornings I stayed there.

The property location was excellent. The biggest negative was the AC adjustment. It would not allow you to change the thermostat settings more than a few degrees. This room was too cold during the nighttime hours. The bed was uncomfortable. and there weren't enough covers to stay warm. Mainly because of the forementioned thermostat issue.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The food was good as well as the choices.

The cleaning staff at this property need to step it up. My bathroom was left with a used bar of soap in the dish of the shower.

I only needed a quick night to rest properly and I'm glad I chose this one. It's a quiet area and was very easy and quick to check in. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious.
