Great location. Staff were great. Room was tidy. Call/message ahead if you want parking because it’s limited.

The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. It appears the tiles within the shower aren’t angled so the water pools. Another family member in a different room had the same issue.

The property was in a great location, and had all the amenities needed for a long weekend break. We took advantage of the spa, hiring bikes and enjoying a drink of the roof terrace. Staff were super friendly and helpful and facilities were clean and well maintained.

A wonderful, modern and beautiful hotel located in the historic part of the city. The reception area is especially stylish and welcoming. We were able to walk to several important sights and really enjoyed exploring the city on foot. However, keep in mind that many places are closed on Sundays, including the Banys Àrabs and some churches in Palma de Mallorca, so we couldn’t visit as many attractions as planned. Still, we had a lovely time walking around and really enjoyed the city.

Despite the high price, there was no complimentary water in the room, which was quite inconvenient, especially in the very hot weather and with limited shops nearby. Parking in the city centre can also be challenging, so this is something to consider if you are travelling by car. One other small issue was the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom, which made taking a shower slightly uncomfortable when travelling with children, as the person in the bathroom could be seen from the bedroom. Overall, however, we had a very good experience and would definitely consider coming back. We did not travel by car, which made things easier for us.
