We had a simple 1 night "staycation" night. Very enjoyable.

Love staying at Miyako Hybrid. Always so quiet and relaxing. Good food and massage / spa on site. Staff always kind and accommodating. Perfect for a getaway or longer stay.

Box tissue ran out very soon, no spare prepared.
Japanese style bath room was excellent.

Amazing room! Extremely clean. The rainfall shower and soaking tub were the best part. The balcony was beautiful and serene to look at during the night.

Very conveniently located, the service is excellent. The restaurant, Ise Shima is very good and reasonable priced for a Japanese restaurant. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and the staff were helpful. I was able to check-in a little early as my flight was early. Facilities were nice and clean. I did not eat at the restaurant nor use the spa. The view of the area under construction was not the greatest.

Wonderful hotel. Gave 4/5 stars on cleanliness since I did notice a few spots of grime on the shower walls but hardly anything to complain about. The rooms are very quiet. However, on the last morning of mine and my bfs stay, there was some inconsiderate guest playing music at 6 in the morning which I did not appreciate. It was quiet enough that I did not complain. Also, I am an extremely light sleeper with insomnia. I ended up playing white noise on my phone very loudly to partially drown out the music played from the other mysterious hotel guest. Unfortunately, they were playing base or something so the white noise of my phone could only do so much. I really wish people would be more considerate to other peiple instead of being so self centered and selfish. Its not like it was 10 AM. Its 6 AM. People are still trying to sleep. Have some common courtesy and try to be as quiet as possible during late nights and early mornings, please people.

We love staying here! We're definitely coming back again. Overall experience is welcoming, accommodating, and well worth the money. The staff is polite and prompt. We liked how there's a 24 hour convenience store in the hotel.
The shower/tub combo is lovely for a relaxing stay. It's great they're eco conscious as well.
Location is great, near lots of Asian restaurants and stores.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miyako Hybrid in Torrance. Well-maintained hotel, polite and courteous staff, clean rooms and Japanese-style (ofuro) bathtubs. Will definitely stay again in the future when visiting the area.

Being someone who appreciates minimalism and the Japanese culture, this hotel was great. The shower area was amazing and heavenly. Both my Husband and I were extremely disappointed by the service we received, or lack thereof, by the staff there. We walked through the lobby several times without anyone at the front desk greeting us. We did appreciate the professionalism of the housekeeping staff who did greet us and even walked me down the hallway to help me find the ice machine.

It was a decent stay with convenient places to explore within a manageable distance. Only issue was my bathroom floor and towels I received were not cleanly; there was a questionable stain on the floor and one of towels I had was stained from previous stay. Also, a $30 copay to have a microwave shouldn’t be less of a convenience for its guest. Please make rooms more accessible to such amenities especially if a guest is staying more than 1 night.

This was my 4th time staying in this hotel and it has NEVER disappointed me! The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, they are strict with no smoking in the hotel (means you won’t get a room that stinks like cigarettes), bathroom fixtures are beautiful and modern, beds are comfy, spa is relaxing, food in the restaurant is great, check out time is at noon, I can literally go on and on.

The staff was very nice and it is in a decent location. The rooms need to be updated and add a small refrigerator. There is no ice machine or laundry in the hotel.
