It was an ok stay. Payment was supposed to be made at the hotel but they charged us early Thursday…for more than the bill was supposed to be. They did not do daily room cleaning. We were there for 5 days so had an overflow of garbage and sopping wet towels. The pillows were AWFUL! Asked for a room not on the first floor, near the elevator…we were placed on the first floor and far away from the elevator.
Todd, the gentleman in charge of breakfast did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond his role. Very friendly and hospitable. He greeted each guest and offered suggestions for things to do in the area. He truly enjoyed playing with the kids that came down for breakfast and couldn’t sit still. He seemed to really enjoy his job.

Great friendly staff who was responsive to a minor issue I had with the bathroom and resolved it quickly. Pillows and location to my venue were the best part. Plenty of parking and good creamer for coffee. Totally worth the stay.

Front desk agent wasn’t too friendly. I was under the impression that check out time was noon but apparently it’s 11am so the management needs to modify that. There was no “do not disturb” sign provided until I asked for one. Housekeeping didn’t even bother changing garbage’s and didn’t reset the bathroom properly in my room during my stay. No towels provided in the pool area. Only two things that were great was the breakfast manager, Todd who was friendly and helpful. Also, PNC arena is 1.5 miles away from the hotel.

Check in was smooth. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Elevators and hallway smelled fresh. Didn’t stay for the breakfast. Will stay there again when in town for an event.

i love how there is a store and a mcdonald’s around the corner just in case you don’t want to drive you could just walk down and get some necessities or food.

Great experience! Check in with a Tori was great. Room was in working order. Was only missing toiletries, so went downstairs and picked up handsoap for the bathroom. A few minor building maintenance points, but overall a well maintained property. Love the location as well as friendliness of staff. Bonus they have an indoor pool and complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. I went there for a 3 day business trip. I worked about 4 hours per day at the hotel. My biggest issue was the WIFI did not work on the 4th floor. I had to work in the lobby in order to have a WIFI connection which was not ideal. I brought this up to one of the staff members at the desk and she said she knows its slow. I asked if I should switch to a lower floor and she said that was not an option. She was also on her cell phone and kept walking in the back during our conversation. I am not sure how invested she actually was with helping me.

Very clean nice hotel loved the indoor pool but for 3 adult and only 1 key made it very hard to get in… but amazing rooms besides that. Be prepared to travel if you need anything being stored are not that close all you have is a McDonald’s and Sheetz close by..

It was ok. Room was fine. AC/heating unit was so loud coming on it sounded like an buzzing alarm and woke us up every time. Right by train tracks and airport also so we heard it all. The train rode by blowing its horn all during the day and night. No hot water during the mornings.

There are railrod tracks behind the hotel where trains run all the time and blow thir horn. Not a restful stay. In addition housekeeping entered the room without knocking.

Was one of the quieter nicer places to stay in the area with a descent price range, just wish there were more options within walking distance but there is a sheetz and McDonald’s .we usually go through Expedia to make reservations with no issues .however this specific hotel wants your card number immediately so they reached out via phone which I was not comfortable with at all. Never have issues about paying with lower star hotels

We stayed one night and as we got to our room it was pretty warm. So we turned on the air to find it was not working. We called the front desk and they nicely offered us a new room but we declined but it wasn’t horrible yet. We sat it on 70 and woke up in the middle of the night to the room being 97 degrees… when we woke up that morning my husband got a shower and the hot water didn’t last 5 minutes and I was unable to shower before checkout time due to the hot water not staying hot. Would not stay again. Staff was nice.

This was a very nice property. The room was very comfortable with chairs, desk, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The price was very reasonable. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. I recommend this as a good choice for people visiting Raleigh NC.

Everything went smooth from check-in to check-out! Room was clean as was the property. Rating 4-stars due to the amount of light coming into the room (curtains didn't block all of the parking lot light). Will stay here again!

Staff were very nice and professional. The common areas and our room were clean. However, we really wanted to go swimming but the pool water didn't look right. It just didn't look clean. Also, for me the bed was too hard/firm and I know some people actually like their beds that way but I don't lol felt like I was fighting the bed all night because all I did was toss and turned. Oh and the pillows were stiff. I highly recommend they update the pillows other than that it was a nice stay and in a very convenient location. The breakfast was eh a little underwhelming as well but surpringly I'm not letting that affect my overall review of my stay. It wasn't horrible, it just wasn't the best breakfast I've had at a hotel.

Every single staff member that was onsite were great!!! I wish I could remember the names of everyone to post. Danyelle checked us in that night and there were two other gentlemen that helped at other times. Overall experience was great!!
